I am owning Maruti Suzuki SX4 and from the day I purchased the car there is lot suspension noise, steering noise and till date atleast 10 times the car was given to the service station but the problem is not solved. I feel the problem is not solved as the Dealer is not having proper techincal person/mechanics to deal with high end cars like SX4.
Also sometimes before a Service Engineer from Maruti Mr.Saikat verified the vehicle and found that the car is completely ok whereas I personally driving since last 22 years found the same is not ok.
I am completely annoyed by the service provided and if the problem is not attended immediately I will be compelled to take legal actions against the company.

Dear sir,i have complaint to maruti about bad servise facility and no response of maruti,s authorised service centre of chhatisgarh ,sky automobile service.
this service center put my vehicle for more than 2 months but every time they didnt resolve the problems...i m mentioning here the problems as i already done it many times..

Complaint: for MGA (Stereo: MNDC-MP 570 of Nippon brand brought from D.D.Motor)
I had purchased MGA stereo of Nippon. Model number: MNDC-MP 570.
The stereo is not working from the last 6 months.
I had visited at D.D.Motor to provide repair of the same.
But could not found any friendly reply, and send to Nippon's (worst) work shop at Rajouri Garden. But could not get repair for the same.
After 4 months to this I again went to D.D.Motor in search of repair. On[protected], I left my stereo at Accessories counter, without stating the date of recovery. No reply was available even after so much call to D.D.Motor for the recovery of stereo. Then when I complaint this to their C.C.Manager, I got my stereo in broken condition and said to get it repair for the Nippon's (worst) work shop at Rajouri Garden. Those people directly refuse to change the broken part, and only replace after my call to D.D.Motor on the stating condition.
Then even my stereo is working properly. I was also said that the lens was changed by Nippon's Noida work shop. But on visiting the Nippon's (worst) work shop at Rajouri Garden, I found paper stating that only lens cleaning was done and that is also only at Nippon's (worst) work shop at Rajouri Garden.
D.D.Motor is refusing to provide any document for the repaired and same is from the Nippon's (worst) work shop at Rajouri Garden.
Now, I don't know where to complain, before going to CONSUMER COURT. If you can help me to stop go there, than please get my stereo repair.

Maruti Alto Lxi (True Value) — Bad Servicing
I bought Alto Lxi model from Machin Techno in Kolkata this Feb & since then my misery started. While there was commitments from Dealer which raised my expectation but was made to face reality with Gears & Suspension from the 2nd month. However last week, the two back wheels completely got stuck & was given to believe by the Maruti Sevice personnel that the back wheel cylender needs immediate change. But when the dealer people took the car they end up giving stop gap minor rectification without any changes for which I doubt future security. I ask Maruti central office to take this up with the dealer for immediate rectification with necessary changes in the car. My contact is [protected].Awaiting revert from Maruti .

Sir i have Alto car and took 3rd free service from Satyam Motors bhopal. my complaint on free service is it necessary for service engineer to tight all the break nut etc but at that moment engineer take risk on caliper nut my car having loose caliper nut of front left wheel. after servicing i went and drive my car about 2-3 kms along from showroom my vehicle goes down and giving me so many sound from front wheel side. after checkup my car mechanic told me your vehicle having no caliper nut and your car having loose from front end. so please take a necessary action behalf of me.

It is true that there is no service at all at the Maruti's Authorised service stations. Being an owner of Maruti-Suzuki Alto LXi, really very disappinted for the service by the authorised srvice stations. I bought my car in 08/2007 and already driven 40000 KMs. Inbetween both the front supensions has been changed which was recomended by the service people at ORBIT MOTORS, Rourkela, Orissa. Still having the problem i.e. lot of noise on little rough roads. Seat lock has been changed because it was rusted and broken. In exchange of money towards service we are the problems with us. Noway its a value for money deal.

I booked Maruti-RITZ on 4.2.10 with Fair Deals Cars Pvt. Ltd., 485A, Main G.T. Road, Jhilmil, Shahadra Delhi -92 with the assurance that the delievry of the car will be made within 15 days. After 15 days I am regularly in touch with the dealer but always getting the reply that they have not received the Chesis no. so far. Will the Maruti-Suzuki clarify whether there is shortage of production of Maruti-RITZ and for how long I have to wait for the delivery?
Seeing the adv of maruti ritz in the daily we contacted the dealer. In the ad there is a offer of 15000. When contacted the dealer and maruti regional manager denied it and said there was no offer, and the adv is not correct.
Please don't give this type of adv. This adv is repeatedly appearing several times in a month. Please look into it.

I would like to make a complaint regarding poor services by Maruti Dealers. I purchased Maruti A-Star ZXI Model on 30.05.2009 from M/s.Simran Motors, Alibag, Raigad Dist., Maharashtra. When the car was delivered to me, it’s cigarette lighter was not working and the same was shown to the concerned person Mr.Mustafa of M/s.Simran Motors, Alibag, who promised me that the same will be changed next day but it was not done. After that I followed up with your Dealer to the highest level and in between 2 services went by, in which this was pointed out but the same could not be attended on the pretext that it is presently not available and shall be changed within a week at your residence itself. This matter is also now 2 months old and no action has been taken. Your customer care unit of Delhi once called me for taking feedback regarding Maruti Services and I gave good remarks ignoring the small mistakes but pointed out to him that this case has not been attended. This matter is also 4 months old but still no action has been taken.
The cigarette lighter repairing or replacing with new one could be hardly an expenditure of Rs.200 or so, which can easily be done by me by going to any repairer but the matter is not that. I would like to know :
1. How such car after so many quality check could be delivered from Maruti workshop to Dealers ?
2. How such mistakes went unnoticed when Dealers check the car at their workshop before delivering to the customer ?
3. Why such a small complaint could not be attended by such a big network of Maruti stores and service center ?
I do not know whether my above writing will hold any water to Maruti or not but atleast I get some satisfaction that the matter of quality has been pointed out to world renowned company to correct their lapses in their system.

maruti udyog ltd/swift vxi — inflated bills,changed parts which wasnt required
dear sir,i bought swift on 27th april 2007 & yesterday i went for routine paid service.everything was normal , except few vibrations which appeared to be coming fm fwd door,before handing over the vehicle the service engineer went with me on test drive,where he said one of the stud might be leaking,after which estimate for the service was given around 5-6 thousand (est. bill is attached).but in the evening when i went for delivery of my vehicle he showed me the list of parts replaced without,instead of one stud both the studs were changed & many more parts for which list is attached,and bill was inflated to 12197 rupees.over all i was surprised that the vehicle was only washed from top,inside the bonnet dirt was still intact & underbody was also nt washed which i showed it to service advisor (Mr Aman Salvi,AUTOMOTIVE MANUFACTURERS PVT ltd,Nerul ,navi mumbai).
pls look into this matter,as i feel cheated.also my vehicle has started pulling left hand side after the service,vehicle was perfectly ok at the time of giving the vehicle for service.Pls authorsed trained personnal for servicing also there should be some body check the reliability. do u think all this parts as listed in attachment need s to be replaced ???????????Jobcard no: 9446594,vehichle run 20050 kms

But past one and half months it was a bad days for me., I have given my car to the kapico body shop (Coimbedu - chennai) before 43 days.And ppl over there told me that they will give my vehicle with in 20 days, But they din give me the vehicle still.When ever i call them they are not responding me properly.They says will give me the vehicle in a couple of days but they never ever used to do that .I spoke with three person over there and their name mentioned as follows
1) Ganesh - Who took my car and the one who said he will give me with in 20 days but he never ever turn up to me.And today when i have called him he is shouting at me, asif i have taken his car for work.
2)Jayaseelan - he is some head person among them, he too given me some useless promises but he blame others as if he is correct in his work.
3)Suburamani - when i called the kapico motors they have given another person contact details, He too never turn up to me.
Most importantly the car what iam having is MARUTI ASTAR.
Dear sir/Madam whom ever see this complaint, Totally am upset and fed up with kapico maruti.
When i called the reception they never ever given me the higher official contact number.
Is this the reliable car showroom ..??????????
ppl pls see my suffer and dont ever turn to that show room.
My blood pressure increased today, how the way they answer me today, not even today (all these days)

I have a Wagon R lxi on 27-02-10 I visit to dealer Raj Sneh Meerut, for service of my car then when I come back to recive my car after service then I see they had broken my car front glass & till they didnt infom me about that.Then i talk to service manager Mr. Amit Sharma he give his solution was" aap apni gadi 1-03-10 ko gadi le aana or car ke insurance +RC+DL ki cope le aana"Then i ask him why you are using my insurance claim the his reply was"ye to insurence se hi change ho payga"the i told him i[censored] r using my claim then u have to change my front bumfer which have lots of scraches.Then he said "ok" and also Irequest him to give replacement of car bcoz they required car for two or three day then he said"ok I book a car for u in advance"Then i call him on 01-03-10 then he reply it will take three more day to take claim from insurance company come on 04-03-10 then I will give u replacement."this is wrong statement by service manager about insuramce claim" Then I drop my Car on 07-03-10 & they promis me to give me back car on 09-03-10 without giving replacement of car I calling then daily every day they giving me wrong statement now they r telling me that ur car glass is changed but front bumfer is nit avalabel it is short in maruti it will take 7 more day & they are not providing me replacement of car now I am suffiring daily phy. & mantaly & daily i am waist my money to call them.
Plz do some thing & reply me ASAP
Q.1.-Is it my responsibility to change the glass broken during service?
Q.2. Can u veryfi they change ny car glass & bumfer with orignel?
Q.3. Why they r using my insurance claim?

Plz tell me what can i do against them

Maruti Wagon R — Poor response from Maruti as well as DD Motor
Horrible experience...from Maruti Wagon R ( due to Manufacturing defects)...Writing so many calls / call so many phone to DD Motor ( Ms Preeti/call centre/Mr Saini / Mr Rana + + + ...)First of all received manufacturing defect in My Maruti wagon R ( already detected by DD Motor Engr & given temporary solution... so that vehicle will go outside warranty ... they are waiting till vehicle beyond warranty ...then they will charge heavily...)
Frustrated with Wagon R, want to return to Maruti so that I can go for Santro ...due t0 its reasonable service at least / proper response.
Wagon R has gear selection problem from last 6-7 months. When I show it to DD motor( Peera Garhi), initially they replied that there is no proble. But when I follwed continuously, they were ready to check & they found a metal peiece in Gear Box/Engine ?? They told me " its a manufacturing defect & we corrected it"
How a metal peice come inside engine/gear box/clutch plate ?//
But actually they have temporary corrected it...??
Daily there is lot of problem in Gear Selection /Auto shut of vehicle on road...I have collected information Marker also that Wagon R has Gear selection proble as well as automaticall shut or stopped on Raod.
In spite of my repeated reminder to DD Motor / as well as Maruti company(gurgaon office)...No one is caring about customer...
Still hoping reply from Company ( not from DD motor as there are all Fraud person--making customer fool ...just giving time pass reply/solution...always in sleeping mode...just making money )
Waiting for genuine solution...
