Maruti 800 — authorized service station
I am having a maruti 800, 97 modle. today morning 9:15AM i went for a routine servicing to the nearby authorised maruti service centre." CMP Automobiles, Shashi Garden Main Road, Mayur Vihar, Phase 1, Delhi 110092.Along with the full details of the problems, that i face during my driving, i also asked them to clean the fan blower section of the car, as the same was full of garbage, the same was duly entered in their service chart. On the confirmation form them that my car is ready, when i went to the service centre 3:45 PM :
1. I was not offered the test drive, it was me who asked them that i need a test drive.
2. During the driving i felt that in spite of the instruction of blower cleaning, the same has not been done.
3. When i complain about the same, I have been asked that it will take another 4 to 5 hours.
4. when i saw the on paper details, the blower cleaning was well entered in the paid service coulmn. On my inquiry about the same, again i have been asked that the same is not charged in cash memo.
5. finally I was not having enough time to get into a hot discussion with the manager of service centre.
6. Even I have not been offered any customer feed back form, as this is the regular practice at another service centres.
6.Lastly and most intrestingly, when i get my car along with the cash memo, i have not been asked for
the gate pass and the gate pass of my partialy serviced car is with me only.
I was very much hurt with the casual behaviour of the manager, of CMP Automobiles. Now i decided not to get my car serviced with them in future.
I hereby submit my complaint as well as feedback for one of the authorised service centre of maruti suzuki, that creates customers' dissatisfaction in the market.

G.T Road, Ludhiana . i was facing problem in shockers ( front side ) . but they of no reason repaired suspension and steering . but problem was not sorted out .i again went to them and after waiting for 4 days they didnt made the car ok . and also their supervisor behaved so rudely with me . they asked me to change the tyres .but even after replacing the tyres problem was not sorted out . in the end they changed the shockers and problems was solved . the things which were in warranty they didn't replaced only repaired them that the have also agreed.. after 2 days i went for a long distance travel i noticed that at speed of 80 km/ hour it was a bit shaking . i called their G.M . he asked to call their C.C.M .i called him . he said that the alignment may be not ok.but cambers were not aligned after changing shockers. after receiving letter from head office they called me to confirm that i got letter and asked me to give them satisfaction letter . but i am so disatisfied . then the asked me to do whatever i want . so please look after this matter as soon as possible .i am charged for services which were not required. so please look in this matter . my car no is PB10CL8243. .

Last month i was really enthusastic to buy my first maruti car ( ritz).
I paid a booking amount of 20k with the commitment that delivery of the car would be done within 20 to 30 days.
Now it has been more than 45 days and still the dealer is playing a delay tactic, by telling me that the car would be delivered within a weeks time ...and so on...
I lodged a complaint on maruti suzuki website but of no use...
I am forced to go to consumer court and lodge a complaint there and also would recommend my friend and relatives not to go for any maruti product...if action is not taken...

This is to bring to your notice that i, B.R.Sharma, had given my car (Wagon - R : RJ14CE1209) for servicing in Prem Motors, V.K.I.A., Jaipur. i was rendered no services at all and was presented with a bill of Rs. 5805. To top it all, the behaviour of the staff members was so unethical on their part. I m highly dissatisfied with this kind of treatment. After being associated with your brand for such a long period of time, this kind of behaviour was simply unacceptable for me. The staff members present there had absolutely no sense of handling their clients. And when I tried to make my point clear to them, the kind of reaction I got was simply intolerable. I believed that your company worked towards customer satisfaction and that your main aim was to fulfill your clients' needs and to hear them out . But I dont have words to explain how humiliated your employees made me feel.
Firstly, the service that they gave me didnot meet my requirements and specifications. When i was giving my car for servicing, I had a few issues about my car that i told them to fix. They just didnot take the pains to sort out the problems that I had. On top of that, I was presented a bill of Rs.5805. The icing on the cake was their misbehaviour when I enquired about what I had been charged for.
Secondly, i decided to speak to the higher authorities. So I asked them to connect me to one of their responsible seniors. They just kept me waiting for some 2 hours telling me all the time that they were trying to get to some officials. So thereby i decided to give my complaint in writing.
I am especially upset with the way Mr. Vikas(an executive in Prem Motors) dealt with me. He has absolutely no sense of manners. One one hand you talk of customer satisfaction and how important you relationship with your client is and on the other hand you hire such people who dont know how to treat their clients. I am just wondering on what basis do you hire your executives. They just dont know what they are talking about, no common sense and no manners at all.
I was totally unsatisfied with the service as well as the behaviour of the staff and I am really sorry to inform you that if such misbehaviour continues from your side it wont be long that you start loosing your clients.
Its not only me who has complaints regarding your unapproachable staff members. I just spoke to a few of my associates and they are also equally agitated and upset with your executives. So i just wanted to bring this to your notice so that you can take appropriate steps as soon as possible.

sir, my name is Mr.Amit chandel .i had booked a swiftdzire from Panvel(navi-mumbai)from M/s.Simran Motors .i had paid full amount Rs.529000/- including Reg. dt-29/4/2010. but till today they have not made the registration and now they are saying that you make the registration from out side and we dont have time.but why they are charging Rs.6000/- on the name of Service-charge without any receipt.Mr.Ganesh londe is a manager of M/s.Simran Motors.sir, i hereby request you to kindly clear the fact and let me know the fact.my mobile no-[protected] Note-They say that to whom we sell SwiftDesire, we charge Rs.6000/-extra on the name of service-charge i.e. also without receipt.

i got the service nd my car was nt full prepared...i was asked 2 come after 8 days.
my boby was damage i was asked 2 cm on 11am i reached there on time i was told i will be leaving in an hour...it was just a bonet fitting..bt when i reached there...there was nothing as such after 3 hr the bonet was asked from the store...i was totally harresed and after siting such a longtyn i stilldid not got my car in proper condition...
i would like u2 look into the matter as fast as possible and give me response...

i purachased wagon r on 08/12/2009. from rajiv automobile . muzaffarpur. the address mentioned in sale letter is kotwali chowk bettiah but the registration address which is to be mentioned by the rajiv automobile is kalambagh chowk muzaffarpur.even my variant of my car is vxi but they have mentioned it as lxi. so i request you to change the resitration address as mentioned in my sell letter(kotwali chowk bettiah) i kindly request you to please help me on this as soon as possible..

It was shown twice to service center My CAR (PUNE), Mumbai-Bangalore, Pune Bypass, Near Wakad Police Chowki, Wakad. But the problem still persists. I am afraid that it may cause the car to get rusted if not rectified soon.

I am also pissed off with service of Mycar mentioned above. Once the car was given for repairing after the accident. They took almost 20 days and when delivered I found that one of the wheels was not having cap and the light which they changed was having different colour from another side which was original one.

MARUTHI WAGON-R VXI BS-IV — Poor After Sales Service and Irresponsibility of sales executive
i have purchased a wagon r vxi bs-iv from M/s RKS Saboo Motors, Malakpet, Hyderabad on 14.05.2010 and taken delivery on 16.04.2010 (sunday). at the time delivery we have brought to the notice of the sales executive that the left rear power window button was damaged. however, i was told that the same would be repaired / replaced on any working day as the workshop remains closed on sunday. this went on till 15 -20 days. one day when i got my vehicle registration number plates fixed (AP 29BH9344) I requested the sales executive to look into the long pending issue. then at the point where my number plate was fixed, the power window button was attended to and as per the advise of the sales executive (Mr. P. Srinivasulu), Feviquick was putinto the button. It resulted in 'jam' of the said button and till date it is not replaced. i have brought the same to the notice of the show room executive (Mr. RAvindra Babu) during vehicle's first service. i was asked to wait for a week, stating that the model is new and parts are readily not available. however, till date nothing is done. i remainded mr babu for atleast 10 times. now mr.babu is not picking up my calls and i am very much DISSATISFIED with the way they have attended tome. i request you to resolve the issue in a weeks time, failing which i shall take up the issue at an appropriate forum.srinivas Manda

Case History:- Swift car was sent to the Anand Motors under “Accidental Claim”, Dt 20th June. Till date I have to not receive the delivery of my Car.
Claim was for front Bumper & Bonut which was damaged, which they have done but today my husband visited Anand Motors for the delivery, what he found car condition was pathetic and inside it was like :- from many days car doors are open and filled with heavy dust. Infact locking was misplaced of my car doors.
And dent & paint is like is not at all remarkable its was not all worth to pay a single penny of the working done. Total Bill received 9000/-
It was easy to identify 5 different shades on Car Paint done. Car color is White.
Till date today is the 13th day which is giving me bad depth of daily travelling expense. Daily my husband had to travel around 100 kms as he is Beuro Chief of News Channel NNI and me working too and its like curse for us travelling without your vehicle and managing anyhow.
Note:- If I will not get my car within 24hrs I will file the same against consumer forum .

in continuation to my yesterdays complaint, i wish to submit the following:i had sent a complaint by fax to RKS motors, Malakpet, Hyderabad to arrange for repair of damaged power window button, which was promised to be replaced at the time of first servicing.
in turn, executive mr. ramakrishna called me and informed me to vist their service station at uppal to enquire about the availability of power window button. i simply rejected the offer, because it has been discussed all along and a directive was given to service engineer at malakpet service station on 12.06.2010 (on the day of first servicing) to place an order for power window button. on that day mr. ravindrababu accompanied me to the service station at malakpet, hyderabad. now at this juncture, it is meaning less to enquire about the availability of the power window button. further, i stay at RCI, a DRDO lab. i had travelled a lot to malakpet, which is about 17 km from my residence. uppal is about 30 km from my residence. i cannot simply keep on running behind them. i would therefore, request to arrange for the part and then inform me for getting it replaced. kindly do the needful on PRIORITY.

I went to Pasco to service my Maruti Baleno, and they charge around 9000 rs which are fine, however, after service the car is doing worst.
Its not smooth hand break was not working at all after service, CLUTCH was giving sound as it was changed no oiling has been done.
I got my car dry clean, however, my cars alloys were very dirty and oil was there as well, when shown then they have checked and cleaned it.
After Service my car is not running smooth and few particles are creating sound.
I have to fix it from anywhere else.
It is worst that you guys are taking so much money and customer satisfaction is zero.
I will never come to you guys for service neither recommend anyone.
Whatever is done on my car was not done properly and after that only I am having more issues with it.
My friend warned me as well that your service is worst, still I said if it’s Maruti Authorized as well then it should not have issues, but its worst then he said.

There is no use of suck maruti authorised service centers, who cant service your car properly and just taking money, after few days I have to again spend money somewhere else to make my car smooth again.

i met an accident on 4th Aug 10. When I Visit to the Auth. maruti Workshop on the same day. They promise me veh will be ready after 3-4 Days. till date (11-Aug. 10). Nothing has been done nor parts has been demanded till date.My car will not be repaired by maruti authorised dealer — My Car repair
This is regarding my car Maruti Suzuki Zen Regn No.DL 5CC 3612.I got the insurance done from New India assurance co.I told him about all the problems in the car and that one of the punctured tyre has to be repaired.I was assured by him that work will be done satisfactorily and you will get no complaints and also you will get the car back by 10th aug afternoon and you will get a call regarding any spare parts to be put.
I make a call in the morning and was ask that approx how much will be charged for repairs.
I told him that do only those things mentioned in the voucher .
I called up again in the afternoon to check the status of the car.And I was told by Mr mohan that car will be delivered by 1600hrs..Stains were there as it is.It seemed that nothing was done no repairing nothing..I told the person regarding the same and he gave a very casual reply after two month that you can get it back i[censored] want .I was very angry.I called up Mr Mohan and I got no answer from anyone at maruti dealer .
This shows a very casual attitude of the staff of Maruti aurthorised Dealer and I think that we should stop dealing with maruti.
Your early reply and favourable action shall be highly appreciated.

Myself, Anand Pal Rana, had bought a Maruti Alto LXI BSIII from Harisons Automobiles, Panipat on dated 24.02.2008 having chassis no. 1115255. Registration no. of my vehicle is HR06R – 5556. On 24.06.2010 I had found some problem in locking system of my above mentioned car, so, on 27.06.2010, I had visited Harisons Automobiles, Panipat for the solution. After checking the car the mechanic said the locking system can not be repaired and need to be changed. As I had my car in warranty (extended) period so I told them to replace the same but they told me to visit another day as the locking system is not available in the store. The service centre charged Rs. 55.15/- ( Rupees fifty five and paise fifteen only ) from me vide Job card no. JC10020080 dated 27.06.2010 with remark :- BOTH FR. DOOR LOCK NOT WORK DEFECTED, N.A. IN STORE
After few days I had again visited the service centre but they again told me to come after at least ten days due to unavailability of locking system in the store. Since then I had visited the service centre many times but no RESULT.
Through this mail I request you to look into the matter and also make proper arrangements to change the locking system immediately. Driving car without proper locking system is highly risky and you will be held responsible for any loss occurred due to the above mentioned problem.
So I again request you to solve the matter at earliest otherwise having full faith in Indian Judicial System, I have to move to Court regarding the matter.

Myself, Anand Pal Rana, had bought a Maruti Alto LXI BSIII from Harisons Automobiles, Panipat on dated 24.02.2008 having chassis no. 1115255. Registration no. of my vehicle is HR06R – 5556. On 24.06.2010 I had found some problem in locking system of my above mentioned car, so, on 27.06.2010, I had visited Harisons Automobiles, Panipat for the solution. After checking the car the mechanic said the locking system can not be repaired and need to be changed. As I had my car in warranty (extended) period so I told them to replace the same but they told me to visit another day as the locking system is not available in the store. The service centre charged Rs. 55.15/- ( Rupees fifty five and paise fifteen only ) from me vide Job card no. JC10020080 dated 27.06.2010 with remark :- BOTH FR. DOOR LOCK NOT WORK DEFECTED, N.A. IN STORE

Background:Car run is extremely low.Sometimes 10Km in 7days.Dealer says bigger AH battery is required as the requirement is not getting met,
There is no additional load installed in the car since i have bought(not even a music sys)
Pls provide me contact of some sr.engineer who i can speak to on phone and consult.
