[Resolved] Maruti Udyog (Lmj Service Ltd.) — Poor Service of Maruti

Dear Sir, My car No. RJ19 IC 8784 Maruti wagon-R (RED) is stay at your service station at new power house road purchase on 10/05/08 from JMJ Service station. it was booked for ii service on 10/05/2008 in good condition to mr. Lochan your serivce supervisior at the time ot delivery i found very much noise in excell. mr. lochan tell me for replace the excell but he is not found the excell in his stock and advise me for wait whenever he not received the excell your car is stay at your service station. you are requested to clear the matter and replace the excell as soon as possible becase i require the care very much. thanks vishal jain MOBILE NO. Dear sir,
I have bought a swift desire from your LMJ showroom at PALI-MARWAR, which was delivered to me on 28/09/2012. but till today 12/10/12, i have not received the bill of the car, because of this i am not able to done with the RTO procedure and i am having a plan to move out of city tomorrow, but this could not be possible because of this problem and now my family member has to travel by bus.
I am complaining about this problem to LMJ pali from last 4-5 days, but still not received an proper response.
Hence i am requesting you to solve it as early as possible.
