[Resolved]  Maruti Udyog Ltd — PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have just driven my Maruti Swift Petrol 20,000 kms and till now my experience with Maruti is pathetic after buying this Petrol Version of swift it had several manufacturing complaints which I am facing till today and Maruti Suzuki have no shame at all, they close my complaint without even approaching me, service after sales is unbelievable you have to always run and in return your complaint will be taken for granted and you will recieve unnecessary excuses from Maruti TSM and from the dealer as well, I am facing a severe Issue with My vehicles clutch which has got hard and I have just driven my vehicle 20000 kms the condition of my vehicle is excellent have got it serviced on time and I drive it in a very smooth way however I am not at all satisfied with Maruti's customer service My complaint has been closed yesterday without any resolution, Is this the way Maruti Suzuki deals with Its customer Issues, I am regular Maruti Suzuki customer since 1990 and have not switched over to any other brand than Maruti Suzuki till now, however now I think I should never buy Maruti vehicle after this bad experience.

maruti udyog ltd maruti swift — bad service

I have purchased maruti swift vdi on 14 feb 2009 from seva automotive pvt ltd. nasik. I went for third free servicing on 01/08/2009 & register my complaint that the front left hand-side shock absorber is giving noise while cruising through pot holes they assured me to solve the problem but the problem still persist I have written to the dealer but they have not contacted me.

I too am facing the same problem for my Swift D'zire VDI model. Really maruti suzuki has no shame.
complaint agianst your dealer MY CAR, Kanpur.
I have purchased a maruti wagonr from the above said dealer, few years back.They have insured my car and assured me that they will give me proper and cashless services .I paid the premium for 6 years and availed no claim bonus, after 6 years my car body was damaged by a tempo.I went to the dealer to repair the body, they said that, let the body be more damaged then we will repair it.Again after one year the other side got damaged by truck and tempo both the sides.I again went to dealer, they said my engineer is on leave, so come after 2, 3 days, then we will serve u.I said keep my car with you and i will come afer 2, 3 days and take the receipt as it is not posssible to come again and again .Then they said u can take teh car to our workshop at panki which is about 10-12 kms away from the spot of the dealer.I went to panki, the concerned person said that it is not possible to
repair both the sides.there was no other option to surreneder myself to the dealer.I said ok dowhatever is possible for u .They have repaired a small patch of one side and returned the car.And after few months one of my relative who has got the knowledge of the car told me that patch is not properly repaired, even they have not done the rubbing polish on the patch still that patch is uneven.They had also said that rest of the damaged portin will be repaired after the renewal of the next premium of the insurance.Kindly let me know what is the use of the insurance from your dealer and what is the way to repair the dmaged portion and the way to reapir the already reapired portion properly.
