I am the mediclaim policy holder of maxbupa since 16/4/2013 and in force countinously till today. On 13/6/2013 i was operated for anverted problem.
I have put up all paper for claim and company has rejected my claim with declaring this deases is 2.5 year old and hence not settled.

My medical treatment is true and amount is actual.

Please help in this regards.
