[Resolved] Max Bupa Health Insurance — reimbursement not done | |||
I am Sasikumar R, Customer ID [protected], Customer since 19/04/2012, have an insurance coverage with max bupa health insurance. I own a silver card. I had undergone treatment in mallige hospital, bangalore for back pain on 11/09/2012 and had sent all the necessary documents and claim form on 12/09/2012 through courier. Till date, I have not got any communication in this regard. In the first few days, the representative, Mr. Nagesh from the company, was in contact with me and on 4/12/2012 he told me that I had to scan and mail my ID proof and the membership card, which I did. After that there hasn't been any communication from his side. Whenever I try to call him, he never picks up the call and when I try from some other number, he pretends as if it is somebody else. This is really shocking to me because I was totally dependent on this reimbursement. My treatment was done with the loan amount from a friend of mine.
