[Resolved] Mcdonald's (Product - Plain Hot Tea) — Extremely poor hygiene check

It is an outrage that the brand (Mcdonalds) that we trust for its hygienic standards has such a low benchmark for healthcare. It was a total disgust to have a DEAD COCKROACH in my plain hot tea at McDonalds, Kothrud branch, Pune on 30th July, 09. Though, i have been paid back the amount of the tea, I would like the responsible authorities to take notice of such an utter awful experience. I request a right action to be taken. I, stopped at Mc donald Branch Jullandhar GT Road Opp. "Haveli" to take some Refeshment On 30.08.2009 At about 4.15 PM. I purchased 7 Veg Surprise Burger, 4 coffee, 1 French Fries, I was Charged 405 Bucks. But when We step toward home and on the way we calculated that, things were costing only 305/- Rs. This experience was Quite bad on part of Mc donald Staff Who befool the customers for there illegal gains. Stricked action may kindly be taken against the person standing in middle of counter at 4 pm to 4.30 pm.

vide INV#[protected] I,Poornima, almost bought, a mc veggie meal @Rs 92.00.The boy packing it PUT HIS FINGERS IN HIS MOUTH ,PULLED THE POLYBAG and DESPITE AN OBJECTION,PIICKED THE CHIPS & BURGER WITH SALIVATED FINGERS and packed it.complain book? got a notebook with ingredients/quantities.
