I am writing to file a complaint about my recent experience with McDonald's Kothrud Pune. I had placed an order through Zomato with the order number [protected] and the restaurant order number KOT-DL[protected]-[protected] for two burgers - 1 Aloo Tikki and 1 McVeggie. Unfortunately, both the burgers were received in a very poor cooking condition. The buns were stale, and to my utter disgust, I even found hair in one of the Tikki. This is a serious breach of hygiene standards, and I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by McDonald's.
When I called the restaurant to report the issue, I did not receive any resolution. Instead, the employee I spoke to started to clarify that hair was not possible in the food. I even sent pictures of the poor quality food to the restaurant, which they have conveniently ignored.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by McDonald's, and I expect a quick and prompt resolution to this matter. I demand that strict action is taken against the restaurant for failing to adhere to basic hygiene standards. I also request an immediate refund for the amount paid for the order.
I am deeply disappointed with the quality of service provided by McDonald's and the complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. I would like to warn others about this experience, and I will be sharing my feedback on various social media platforms, as well as with my friends and family.
