GOVT SHOULD NOT ISSUE LIC., FOR SUCH FRAUD COMPANIES.
MANY PEOPLE HAD INVESTED THEIR MONEY IN MCL.

All Members/Creditors of Metro cruise ltd are hereby informed that some of the members had thrashed and beaten our staff, when the members were offered to settle their accounts in default of cheques.
The similar situation was faced by us at our different business outlets also considering the same we are forced to temporarily close our offices in order to save life and property.We shall very shortly be opening our offices every where.
However we have cancelled all investments and are offering to settle the matter with every member/creditor,

I suggest we track the IP address from where the message was posted and involve the cuber crime cell. 1 more idea someone can get in touch with the service provider (vodafone, airtel etc.) and get the address attached with the personal phone # of people involved. Help of police should be taken on priority. Also catch hold of people who rented the office space to MCL. They must have the address of the MCL directors.

hi i am monika bhamawat from pune i invested money in mcl but i want my money back i have done complaint in pune office but they are not taking any action .& your office is close .what will i do now.
Please let me know whether your company is still operating as I need to invest some money in one of your schemes. None of your numbers in any part of the country is answering. What number do I contact ?

I too have invested Rs.130400/- i got only 3 payment (ie) Rs.8988 (per month) but when i deposited the fourth cheque was dishonoured

A lot of such fraudelent companies are coming up making tall claims of doubling money. All that they do is use, cheat and loot innocent people of their hard earned money. They use our honest money, but when it comes to returning some profit they default on payment.
Such a behaviour was not expected of a 'Limited' company like MCL.
We just hope they settle our payment as they claim.

I have invested amount of mine, my old pensioner mother and sister in law. But cheques are dishonoured. I want to continue with the MCL scheme. Please ensure realisation of cheque for Jan 2010 or if MCL wants to settle my investment I am ready as per company's mutual convenience

Hi All good news to share, MCL settlement cell department works and they are responding all our phone calls and told they will start re-pay to the investor from tomorrow onwards and regarding this all investor will receive the sms shortly. I beleive the MCL settleent cell is working with full throttle for the re-payment

In recent past there were certain unavoidable circumstances due to which the company was unable to meet its expectation received so far, which annoyed our member s and they had beaten up our staff members and our different business places.
In these circumstances, we were forced to temporarily close our office. Later on the similar incidents occurred at our different business outlets and they were also forced to be closed as all the operating staff walked out fearing danger to their life.
May be this is spreading a wrong message and I am hearing rumours of company is being closed and their investment are dead, which are wrong. Our Goa office been reponed since 16.01.2010. I also assure you that all the other offices and other business outlets of the company will be operational very soon.
The company has set up a set up a settlement cell at _MB-155 Shakarpur near Madhuban Laxmi nagar Delhi, so that every member’s payments could be settled. On priority basis we shall settle the payments of those members whose even the principal investment is not returned back by returning their balance investment along with interest at the rate of 8% on principal investment. Rest of the members shall also be offered compensation amount at a later stage.
Please maintain calm and patience so that things can work out smoothly, because if this arrangements fail we shall have no option but to close this centre also.
