[Resolved]  Meru Cab Company Pvt. Ltd. — Avoiding short distance travel

I was trying book Meru cab for 27.04.2012 Morning 04:30 from my place at Kasarwadavali to Thane station which is nearly 11 kms. they have reverted back saying they don't have any cab available at the said timing. But when again I had tried to book the cab from same location to Domestic Airport Mumbai which is nearly 40 Kms they had accepted my booking. This behavior clearly shows their intention to avoid the passenger for shorter distance and only book long distance travel.

This is totally illegal as per transportation act and the company should be booked and necessary punishment must be given to them.

Meru Cab Company Pvt. Ltd. — FALSE PROMISE SERVICE GIVEN

On 16th May 2010 I made a booking to pick me up from STELLA, VASAI WEST, MUMBAI to catch a bus which i had to catch to reach BANGALORE from BORIVILI. BUT THE driver did not turn up and I Lost my journey towards
Bangalore.

The driver's name is SANJAY SHARMA or SANJIV SAHARMA and his mobile
number is [protected]. He supposed to pick me up from my residence by
12.30pM but he did not turn up at all. By 3.30pm he called up saying
"HE SLEPT OFF".

I tried to call him the cab driver on Monday 17th May 2010, He said go ahead and complaint because i dont know you. This itself shows HOW GOOD DRIVERS MERU HAVE CHOSEN. WILL MERU SERVICE
TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY LOSS?
