[Resolved] Meru Cabs — Declined Service in spite of agreeing to Provide Service | |||
I booked a Meru Cab on 12 apr'13, vide Ref 18382503. SMS says that they will send Cab details 20 mins prior to pick up time. Instead, just before 10 mins of pickup time, Meru Cabs person telling that no Service is available now. I got to rush to Main road for Autos or Cabs leaving behind my ailing mother and we all got tensed how we could reach in time. Meru cabs really put us under lot of inntense Mental torture. The service reps simply Abuse and Misuse the term ' Sorry' with no real sense what they speak. This is obselutely reckless attitude of Meru Cabs Service. now a days, it has become un professional attitude. The Meru Team or the Company Leadership does not deserve Govt Awards or Concessions. Meru Cabs — not able to deliver the service
I had placed a order for taxi service at 8.30 Pm and at 10.00 i get a call saying that there are no cabs in the area and this is the same with Megacab. Why have a online service, when you cannot even deliver.all I got to know from a local- black and yellow taxi cabs is that all meeru and mega cabs are waiting for trips to airport or airport to churchgate.
If you are looking for service make sure you have a backup. these guys wont show up.
