[Resolved] Micromax — mobile phone not working properly | |
I have purchased micromax mobile phone on 25-1-09 from M/s Govind Enterprises, saharanpur. It isnot working properly since 20-03-09. I am regularly going to service centre and it is closed. I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company. Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set.Otherwise i will go to consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |

I have purchased a MICROMAX Q5 model on 7th march 2010 from LOVE COMMUNICATION, 18/1, D/S, prem nagar, new delhi-110058. And my complain is that this mobile phone is not working properly and getting hang capturing photos(3-4 minute) and back press clik but no response.Can you tell me the problem by sending a mail to my ID or mobile no.[protected].

I have purchased mobile on 31oct from SHARDA Super Bazar, DD market Korba, C.G., set is micromax GC255, n it was not functiong well,
its battery is very poor when using both sim card of CDMA & GSM,
its speed dials are not working,
its video played is not working,
the phone book of only 1 SIM card is showing at a time, even selecting both modes.
also i have given this to same shop for repair or replacement, they kept the same from 16-12-09 to 16-01-10, but they given the same as it was earlier n told problem is solved, but o the next day problem starts again, then given 1 addess of Yash micromax care, but he is not having any software to solve the problem, again i had given the mobile to SSbazar korba, for repair on 12-03-10, but i am not satisfied with there sevice, kindly solve my problem n reply me on mail id, provided above.

Micromax mobile handset X-360 purchased on 15.1.2010 had to be tendered for repairs at the authorised service centre Saini Mobile Care , Panchkula , Haryana who unduly charged Rs. 200.00 on a wrong pretxt vide Job Card no.102763 dt. 19.03.2010. Manufacturer's claims about quality of product n service appear to be utterly false.. Raj Arora I agree !!!

sir i purchase micromax Q3 from the 1st day mobile is hanged when second sim is start pls accept my reqest. and try to fast solution. and there is no service center near to my place at valsad gujarat.

i have purchased micromax x360 on 17/03/10. Through my headset it is not possible to answer any call or disconnecting the same. Please suggest whether the problem lies with headset or the mobile.

The phone was okay actually. Suddenly I broke the Charger's PIN by mishandling. And I did call to one of their Support Person. I don't know where from their Support Persons are... He just guided me to bring the phone at 15 kilometers far Service Station instead of my nearest one.
Anyway, on 16 March 2010 I have deposited my cell. At APEX Marketing (Tobin Road, Kolkata) for changing the Charger Socket. And they agreed it will done by next 2-3 days. Later after 2 days, they called me up and asked it will be chargeable and the charge will be 300/- I agreed with that. They said it will be delivered by next 2 days.
After that, 3-4 days passed. They dint inform me anything regarding this. That's why I called them back. In that time they told me "Your handset is NOT OK. Our engineer could NOT able to fix the problems. You have to give that hand set to any other services stations". They asked to deposit the hand set to Babli Media Center (Manicktala, Kolkata).
Just, Imagine... After 7-8 days later they are saying that!!! is they don't have infrastructure to find out the actual problems ??? and why they NOT checked the actual problems when they took my hand set ??????
Now, the second part of that story is:
When I deposited that hand set at Babli Media Centre. They inspect my Handset and inform me that. APEX (my 1st service center) has destroyed some parts of circuit broad). I request them to resolve the problems ASAP as my cell phone is necessary things for me.
After another 1 week, today (27 March 2010) I again received the phone from Babli Media Centre. And now that phone is NOT able to store charges!!!
JUST IMAGINE HOW I'M SUFFERING WITH THEIR POOR SERVICE !!! EVEN THEIR SERVICE PEOPLE DON'T KNOW HOW TO REACT WITH THE CUSTOMERS.
ANY ONE CAN SUGGEST ME WHAT I SHOULD DO NOW ??? OR I NEED TO LAUNCH A COMPLAIN FILE WITH CONSUMER FORUM ????

i am using q3 but not satisfied with the phone. the net is too slow & even images are not displayed on the phone moreover no softwares available for q3 .
I purchase X 250 and as complaint above i have similar complain that battery is running single day help.what i have to do.
