PROBLEM : 4105 POWER PHONE LOCKS UP NOT RESPONDING.
Please dont buy any micromax products at any situation.Very Very Worst mobiles and service centers.I am totally disappointment with using Micromax.Micromax mobile is very bad product as well service center The service center people are handling customers in irrespective manners and even manager should need training how to take care customers.I had handover my Micromax A108 for repairing to Micromax authorized service center and they asked me to come after three daysand after three days i got my phone.The phone function properly only for two days than again same problem got repeated than again i had handover my Micromax A108 and they ask me to come after 30 days.After 30 days when i went to service center they stated that i have already taken my phone i got totally shocked how it come i have never taken my phone .How careless the people of that service center I think they has lost my phone.Again they ask me too come after three days.Now when i went after 30 days they are stataed that my cannot be repaired and instead of giving replacement of Micromax A108 they offered me Micromax A111 DOODLE.When i ask them why should i take Micromax A111 DOODLE instead of my phone Micromax A108.They said as micromax is not manufacturing Micromax A108 thats the reason i should compramise on Micromax A111 DOODLE .So what is my fault if you people are not manufaturing. Worst product and poor service i had ever seen in my life.You people are just making money by cheating customer and in fraud ways.
