I would like to inform you that i have bought New cell phone of Q-7 Micromax Black which IMEI :[protected] Dated 17/05/2010 from your dealer Shri Lalji Telecom vide bill no.2701. its maximum eight days for buy the phone.Yesterday I felt that the qwerty joystick ball of phone is not working properly its scrolling right and left but not scrolling up and down properly.today i visited at your service centre Cell Point amritsar and his guy told me your qwerty joystaick ball is not working due to liquid damage and its not covered under the warrantee norms and also demanding for Rs.750/- for repair the phone. I confirmed him as my cell was working OK earlier and yesterday onwards its create problem of his qwerty key only and not possible any liquid content go inside the cell.. and now he is not ready to repair the phone under warantee period and also he is demanding for Rs.750/- for repair the same.

Request you to Pls look in to the matter on urgent basis and replace my hand set as its unneccessarily harrasement for me. coz at present my phone is not working

Pls confirm how can i resolve the above said matter on immediate basis.I have already mailed on his site email [protected]@micromax.com but disnot receive any single response from him.

I BOUGHT YOUR PRODUCT, MICROMAX - X511, IMEI NO: [protected], S/N: 007826 & BATTERY BYD[protected] FROM MOBILE WORLD VIA CASH MEMO NO: 782 DATED: 22.08.2009, SHUKLA MARKET, MUZAFFARPUR, BIHAR INVESTING AN AMOUNT OF RS 6150.00.

AFTER A MONTH I STARTED FACING A NETWORK PROBLEM WITH "EMERGENCY" ERROR. I HANDED OVER MY HANDSET TO MY NEAREST SERVICE STATION OF MICROMAX AT RAMBAGH CHOWK, MUZAFFARPUR.

AFTER 2 MONTHS I RECEIVED MY HANDSET SOLVING THE SAID PROBLEM. THEN AGAIN AFTER A FEW DAYS I STARTED FACING THE PROBLEM AGAIN WITH THE ON/OFF SWITCH OF THE HANDSET. AGAIN I RAN TO THE SERVICE CENTRE AND I RECEIVED THE HANDSET AFTER 2-3 MONTHS, LAST SATURDAY.

NOW AGAIN THE HANDSET IS GETTING HANG IN EVERY ACTIONS AND FINALLY GETTING SWITCHED OFF

JUST NOTICE HOW I AM UTILIZING THE MONEY THAT I HAVE INVESTED WITHIN A YEAR. I AM NOT GETTING A WAY OUT, PLEASE HELP ME WHERE, WHY AND HOW TO MOVE TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.

I (Chandan Sharma, phone number-[protected])had bought a mobile set of micromax Q5. but after opening the box I got the set was not working properly. then after I went to the shopkeeper but he told me that it is not our responsibility. you should go to the service centre. then after I went to authorised service centre. the service centre took 20 days to repair the set, but they could not be succeed to repair. and finally made a DOA CERTIFICATE. but the shop keeper says me that it will take 25 days to change the handset. that is why I want my money back due to the delay and bad service of the company. i am not staying in this city, that is why I am unable to wait and come regularly according to their date and spend money. The name of the shop is "HELLO BROTHER" SAKCHI, JAMSHEDPUR, (near petrol pump)

i have brought my MICROMAX Q5 mobile i month back since i brought the phone from the the call waiting facility is not working as the phone got dual sim and both the sim are active when my first number is busy the there is no call waiting on my other sim either the caller gets silent reply or says the number is not reachable why so there should be a call waiting

i bought a micromax q5 handset about two months a go from "Khushi Telecom" at mandirtala in Howrah, West Bengal and after using it for hardly 3 weeks i found that the headphone mode of the phone is becoming the constant mode and I can't hear any caller's voice without headphone. Immediately I went to the nearest service center at Howrah, West Bengal (A-Z solutions). They informed me that they do not have the spare to repair my handset. They also told that they can give my handset with some makeshift changes but I should not be able to connect the handset. After the arrival of the spare they shall make my handset ok. This will take atleast a week or so.
But after a month also I'm still using my handset without headphone facility. Moreover, when ever I try to contact your toll-free number I found it busy. I don't know when shall I be able to use my phone properly. Last week my local service center even told me that the company is not providing them any spare parts and we, the customers should complain in consumer court. It's a strange reply to me and I'm in complete darkness about the future of my phone.

Very Big name for poor service and unqualified staff.....

I have purchased one mobile from SRK Digilife four months back... after 3-4 days unfortunatly earphone was not working so gave them back for replacement.. they told me that will take 5-6 days. i went back after 7th day i was not ready again they called me back after a week, when i went after a weeek it was not ready so i ask them to give concern person number so i can call directly but they directly abused me and they didnt give my earphone back.. after one month i called on phone number and i askd about earphone they told me to come to take a earphone... but they gave me same earphone which i gave them before one month back... i installed there itself and i said it was not working so i dont want this mobile u can give me some other mobile.. but unqualified staffs are behaving like bluddy slum dogs... thy are thinking like costumers are like a scraps...

Its four months passed i havnt got my earphone or moneyback... so my dear custermers plz do not buy anything for unouthorized shops... And about SRK DIGILIFE its name for a poor service...

i puchased mobile (micro maxQ2 set on date 26-4-10 in SONA MOBILES &ELECTRONICS,WARANGAL,SHOP N0.28,NEAR SBH,JPN ROAD WARANGAL.
In that set i received only charger ,battery,hands free,userguide,lathercase,waranty card only.But on mobile set top mentioned clearly 1each of tranceivr,chargr,battry,,handsfree,cd,user guide,service guide,leathercase, warranty card..inot recivd cd&service guide.so argue with shop owener
he was not rspond is it opened piece inn my opinion now i contact to u for clarify my doubtin packing or shop owner .plase take necessary action for shop&mobile company

My Micromax GS 100 is not working correctly. Display in the screen is white. Menu and other functions are not displayed

Service after Sales is Horrible...........!!!!!

On 2nd of Mar 2010 I gave my phone Micromax Q5 to the near by Authorised Micromax Service centre at Rajajinagar, Bangalore.
The problem with my handset was "if we record Sound or video we use to
witness very slow sound played in the background which wasnt audible
at all and as far as music is concerned the speaker was in good
condition, so i felt there is problem with the Mic itself which takes
low volume while recording".
Hence Before making the jobcard i personally showned my phone to one
of the Executive in that S.Centre. He asked me to get the jobcard done
and will try to reinstall the Software. So as per his instruction i
gave the phone to the Incharge who use to make jobcards. He switched
off my phone and took the battery and back panel cover and handover to
me along with the jobcard and asked me to collect my phone after 2
days.
After 2 days when i went to collect my phone back, the guy who
prepared the jobcard started arguing with me that when i gave the
phone the display wasnt working. What a rubbish it was then i blasted
him asking him to get my phone repaired. So he told me not to worry we
will do that. For that he told me I have to wait for a week so that
they can get the Board from delhi and fix it.
After a week i been there to collect my phone he told me it will take
another week. Samething the S.Centre person is keep on saying me from
last 20days. If i raise my voice he directly says me you better talk
to Micromax Customer care people. I'm really fraustrated with this
service centre now.

The Service Centre owner himself is crying for not getting his payment since 7-8month for his franchisee... He himself bad mouthing about Micromax company, Whats worst than that....

I had sent my Q3 Micromax Phone to their service Centre (Kesar) near Crawford Market Mumbai as the calls hearing sound was very poor. They changed the speaker but made my screen dirty from inside. When I resent it for cleaning, they replaced my front cover with a scratched old cover as they spoilt my new cover while cleaning. The technician accepted that he has put a scratched cover in place of new but expressed his helplessness in the matter. Even after taking up the matter with the Company at Gurgaon, the problem has still not been resolved and my money has gone down the drain.

micromax x1i+ keypad is not working

Hi all,

I just want to throw some light on cheap micromax mobile phone available in the market. I am using a micromax Q3 handset since Feb 2010 and micromax W900 for the last 1 months. I am surprised to see that none of the features works on both the handset. Regarding the Q3 handset, the features like Nimbuzz, POP email, msn doesn't work at all. even i contacted the service center and they don't have any clue why the featues are not working. I have done a bit of search on google regarding the same product and surprised to see that there are hell lots of complaints about the same features which never works at all.

For W900 set, the main attraction and USP of the set is GPS and it never work. Even, I am unable to set up the internet connection using my airtel gprs service.

So, I already made this mistake and I want you people to keep yourself away from such cheap products and don't get deceived by the look.

The product sucks and I am helpless. I am planning to throw both the phones and go back to my good old branded handsets.

My mobile is stolen & i want to track of imei number m_[protected] & s_imei [protected], pl mail me the status of my mobile...

my display is damaged but no service points are providing display which i required.....
all my friends are also suffering from battery problems..........
so i reuest you u take proper steps to improve the services for customers...

I bought a new Micromax X260 phone before 3 months from Rudrapur, and after one month using this phone I noticed that Phone’s lcd is not working properly.

Therefore I submitted my phone on Micromax authorized service center in Haldwani(Nainital) on 03.02.2010.But after Two and half month neither I’m getting proper response from Micromax center nor they are giving my set back
and they are still saying that LCD is still being repaired.

Please Look into the mattery and suggest me what to do

I have lost my mobile while moving from an office in chennai ( clive battery area to beach court) on rajaji salai chennai, the details of the mobile handset are micromax x250 model with IMEI no [protected] its a dual sim handset with mobile no's [protected] / [protected] would request the concern dept to track the same and return it to me. I has atleast 550 contacts which is simply not creatable again.

Maine ek maicromax ka mobile kharida tha 2008 me. 2009 ke last tak to thik chala uske bad ek massege aya ki your mobile handset IMEI NO. is not registerd per as govenment.Plese contact customar care.Iske ek week ke bad hi usme koi SIM kam nahi karne laga usme Invalid SIM likh deta hai.

Aap koi upay bataye sir ki wo kaise thi ho sakta hai .

i have puchased a Micromax Q3 before one month...i am trying to start internet service on my mobile but it is not working always shows a msg that "Connection is failed"....I have called so many times on Customer care of micromax but they disconnect my phone line by saying that talk with your service provider .......
please sir do something as soon as possible.
