[Resolved] Micromax Q3 — Software Problem | |
Kind Attention: This is Ajay Kumar.KVSSN. I purchased Micromax Q3 handset on 09/09/2009 in Chennai Poorvika(Address:No;22/4,Ground Floor,Ellaimuthu Amman Koil street,vadapalani,Chennai-26,Ph:[protected],Mobile: [protected]) show room. First 2 months mobile condition is good. after 2 months suddenly oneday mobile was not getting switched on. Then i consulted Poorvika where i purchased my mobile they told this is software problem,contact Service center. Then I approached Service center which is located in T-Nagar they made my mobile ready by doing the Software downloading. After that i shifted to ongole with in one week again same problem then i contacted ongole service center. There also they have done the same thing again with in 2 days the same problem again i downloaded software with theservice center. Now i am in Bangalore again the same problem.Every time Phone memory is going in to vain. I want to give complaint on this issue. No other person has to be suffered with this. My Phone Details:IMEI NO-[protected]/[protected] Battery No: Q3B09070001 Please guide me the directions to replace this mobile.
