[Resolved] Micromax Q5 — Mobile not repaired under warranty period | |||
I bought an Micromax mobile Q5 on 03 Aug 2010 from Alfa, Vile Parle. Two months after the purchase mobile developed a problem. Hence i took it to the micromax service centre at Crawford market on 13 Oct 2010 for repair. Now i am been told that the mobile cannot be repaired and is been at the service centre for over one and half month. The problem is that my mobile is not charging and this damage is not a physical damage hence it should have been rectified at the service centre. But they are insisting to take the mobile back and contact micromax head office. When i tried to call the concerned person (Alpesh-[protected] ) at micromax headoffice he is not taking my call. It is more than a month now that my mobile is not repaired nor exchanged which is under warranty. Please help me to take it up with Micromax authorities for their bad services.
