[Resolved] Micromax Q7 — faulty set(inrush of sweat) | |||
My name is Govindu Srinivas and Iam working as Deputy Manager in a large Corporate Company. I bought a Micromax Mobile set Q7 on 20.05.10 from a Mobile shop (M/S Rajiv Telecom,C-37,LG SHOP NO-1,2,I.P.Extension,Patpar Ganj,Delhi-92, Phone no-[protected]) near my residence. On 18/06/10, when I was talking to one of my clients, It switched off suddenly , after that I am not able to switch it on for full day. I went to one of the Service Centre M/S Gadget Galaxy,P-6, Main Road,Bihari colony , Shahadra,Delhi) on 19/06/10, one of the Service engineers Mr Shaved told me that due to sweat inrush, it became dead, so it is under warranty no more, even if one month has not passed since its purchase date .I advised him to check my Handset and received a report from the Service Station that it is waterlogged and it is under warranty no more. They further told me that it may not be functional any more now. My Handset set is with the service center now. My job order no is 5294 dt.19/06/10. Iam using Nokia phones for last ten years, it never happened that handset has become dead due to sweat problem. This is a matter of serious concern and I lost my precious time ,my energy and suffered lot of mental strain due to this Problem. I should get new phone as sweat is a common thing and I cannot take that sweat has caused so much Problem to my new handset. As per supreme court orders in[protected], Sweat cannot be considered as a water logged problem, This I know and want you to know now. I have the original bill and the service report from service station with me. My phone Q7 I bought three days ago don't work anymore neither. I will go and see the vendor on monday, I hope he will repair/exchange it.

Micromax Q7 — Not giving in exchange though its recently purchased
My name is M.Arif, Teacher and has purchesed a new Q7 Micromax mobile with Bill No. 4271,on 20 june 2010 at night but it started giving problem on the very day, its battery back up was only three hrs within four days i contacted the authorised deler, Retail shop "Range Teleservices, K-17, Lajpat Ngr - II, New Delhi-82. He misguided me by saying you have not charged it Whole night . I tried Three more days , but useless. again i approched to him he said we can't change the handset., even he denies to tell me the service center nearby address, after four days effort he told me the address, i reached the Techno Care - I- 11,lajpat ngr -II, They've taken my Battery and charger said come after 15 days, i requested a lot but no effect even to the customer care ,( the No. has been provided by the service center),the also denies to help even the guided me to go to the ConsumerCourt., if you want .now , I'm suffering a lot , as i am a teacher and a Trainer all of my classes are depended on the mobile.
Please Help and pray for me..

I TALKED TO HEAD OFFICE AT[protected] AT 4:50 PM AND TO RELATED MANAGER & AT 5: 05 PM THEY INSTRUCTED THE MADAM ON DUTY (AT M/S TELESYSTEMS PASCHIMVIHAR)TO ISSUE D.O. AND E MAIL TO HEAD OFFICE
BUT MADAM IN RETURN REFUSED TO DO THAT AT ONCE AND TOLD ME THAT SHE HAVE SENT AN E- MAIL AT 5:20 PM TO HEAD OFFICE AND WILL ONLY ISSUE D.O AFTER GETTING APPROVEL FROM HEAD OFFICE

Micromax company is not good in after sale service, its just a mony making company... nothing else, they dont care about suffering of their customers...

i also face no. of problems with this stupid mobile micromax q7, i bought this on june it became dead within 15 days then i got a new mobile, in that not even a single feature works, download no, nimbuzz no, facebook no, wifi no. without all this they advd. and sold this phone, then service there also we would get the same answer no only, they would simply say contacted head off. no reply.we middle class people searched for a mobile with all the features and was cheated.no one to help] [chandrasekaran. Micromax Q7 — Bad and irr responsive customer service
I have purchased Micromax Q7 mobile on 13 Aug 2010. For no reason the mobile got switched off on 15 September 2010. Tried switching on again with no luck. Reached out the service center and lodged a request with job code number 604845. The service executive gave a verbal commitment of a one week time for delivery of repaired or a new piece (In case repair is not possible). One week passed and even a month passed, till now we do not have a reply from service executive. Tried reaching them on phone and personally as well, but the response is very rude and not acceptable. Today is 30 Nov 2010 and the response today as well is same. Hence, lodging a complaint, can someone advise on how to go about this.Micromax Q7 — FM RADIO WAS NOT WORKING

Micromax Q7 — Handset not received from last two month
I had purchase one MICROMAX Q7 MOBILE from M/s. Baoji Mobile Shop, Kaladhungi Road, Haldwani on dated . 15.11.2010.after six month of purchase , it's create charging problem then I was submitted to M/s. Mobile House , Sahukara Line, Patel Chowk, Choudharu Complex, Haldwani. on 27.06.2011 through Job Card No. 2255415, Which is authorized service center for Micromax mobile on dated. 27.06.2011. Today two month passed still I did not received my mobile . After discussion with service engineer, he reply that your set is in Micromax Factory. When we call Micromax customer care for the handset they reply it will take 15 days more to rectify it.The complain no of Micromax customer care is MMX[protected] .
i am shashi kumar purchased miscromax q7 in month of October 2010 in sector 22 chandigarh. After purchase i face track ball problem so many time . but in June 2012 suddenly my phone switched of automatically, i thought it that due to battery problem it might be switched off, but it could't start after charging also. So i give it for repairing in sector 34 chandigarh, but it shocked me when they told me that your mobile mother board will have to replaced costing rs. 80% of mobile ...
