I am D. ANBARASAN. I Purchased MICRO MAX (X 600) Dated : 25.10.2010 in POORVIKA MOBILES PVT LTD. Chennai. On 7th Dec 2010 My Mobile Got Problem (ie) End Key Problem and Frequently Switched off against of this Problem I decide to Give to Service Centre in Chennai Mobile Still in Warranty Period. Service Job Card Number: 1280366/ D. ANBARASAN DT: 07.12.2010 V CONNECT SOULTIONS F-6, First Floor, Apollo Dubai Plaza, 100 Mahalingapuram Main Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai – 600 034 (PH:[protected] I Given Service in this Micro Max Service Centre Till now there is no Response from this Office When ever I called him telephone is always busy coz there is only one Number. So I gone 4 times but they are usually repeating the same dialogue. That they don’t know . Set is in Delhi we are not responsible. Actually my Friend Referred me to Purchase Micro Max Mobile so I purchased. I am totally disappointed for this service. So I decide to Give an Complaint in Commissioner of Police in Chennai on Coming Monday ( 10.01.2011). I have purchased bill Copy & Also Customer Job Card Receipt in Service Centre.
