I have purchased a Micromax X360 dual sim mobile. But after one month there is a big problem in the earphone mode in the phone, now I could not able to talk with out ear phone and the phone is always in headset mode(user profile is not also changed in this mode). I have contacted for this issue to the micromax service station but no response

my mobile is having problem. i do not know that my mobile is supporting java or not if it supports than my mobile is not supporting . please help me . i purchased my mobile in month of june 2010.

Hi,

Before one month I have purchased a Micromax X360 dual sim mobile.

But after one month there is a big problem in the earphone mode in the phone, now I could not able to talk with out ear phone and the phone is always in headset mode(user profile is not also changed in this mode).

I haven't contacted for this issue to the any micromax service station.
Could you kindly know me that, is this problem is repairable or not and where is the authorized service center in Banglore .

If not then how can I claim for this as it is in the warranty period.

Micromax X360 — BREAK DISPLAY GLASS

My cellphone screen display glass has broken.i searched whole market of aligarh. but i did not get display glass. company is rsposible to available its accessories of cellphone in the market.

company should think about customer.because its over all aim to sell its product.not be make good relation with customer

Micromax X360 — delay in repair

Iam sudhir from south delhi i had submitted my micromax mobile model no. x360 dual sim on 23/10/10, at micromax service centre located at lajpat nagar central new delhi he told me it will take a week only, but till now i dont hav any info regarding complaint status.i kindly requesting to u give me support and to take appropriate action against delay.
please do the needfull asap

i regularly contacting them the only reply iam getting from them is it will take more time its been more than one month. the service is iam getting from them is pathetic and i dont see that they are taking any sufficient resolution

I have Micromax X360 Mobile. when i connect the headphone to the mobile & remove it, headset profile of mobile does not get exit it remains as it is in mobile. sometimes i am not able to use the handset without headphone. give me solution immediately.

Solution:

Just go the Media OPtion in Menu and then click on FM Radio Option, here is posibility of changing the user profile to the default General Profile.

May be long pressing the * button will help in this regards.

complain regarding replacing of headphone while mobile set on guranteed. But they said for so many days that headphone not available

Micromax X360 — Ear Phone option on Screen

Hi,Can you please provide me with the setting of the phone because it happened like there is a ear phone sign on the screen and because of that I cannot speak on the phone without ear phone.Everytime I have to talk on speaker or using the ear phone..So please guide me to get rid of the ear phone sign on screen.
