BARCLAY BANK, UK, DHL , Microsoft etc — LOTTERY WINNING

Dear sir,

For last few month, I regularly get mail informing me that I have won huge amount in weekly / monthly lotteries.

I know it is all bogus. I want to know, How do we prevent this? What action we can take and catch this people?
