[Resolved]  Microsoft On Line Promotions & Apx Couriers Service — Winnings

Dear Sir
About three weeks ago I received and 'E' mail which said that I had won wonderful gifts from Microsoft on Line Promotion. They send to parcel the APX Courier services which then send me an 'E'mail and said that I had to pay the delivery fees which is $507. I want to know if this messages was a scams / fraud story or is this real. You have more knowledge than I have. I would like feedback as soon as possible.
If it is true I will pay but I am not paying fir scams. The courier services do not have bank accounts.
