[Resolved] Microsoft — warranty of product

i bought the mouse of Microsoft from local shop.(Nov 2010)
at the time of purchase shop owner gave me a bill defining that mouse warranty is of only one year later i come to know that Microsoft provides the warranty of three year on product.

now when my mouse is not functioning properly i contact to Microsoft they told me that my mouse is not in warranty period it expired and they gave me the expire date of APR 2013

as per this my warranty should have started at Nov 2010 and should have ended on Nov 2013

Microsoft — Swamy vivekanda park visitor's timings

Dear Sir

this is in regard to the timing of the swamy vivekanda park near ulsoor lake. The park is open to the public only after 4 pm even on weekends. Families, children and others who likes to spend some time in the park returns dissapointed, like me and my 3 year olx daughter today being a sunday

this is a request on behalf all such patrons to keep the park open during the day and not such after dark for couples who misuses the park facility

I truly hope that this plea is not falling on deaf ears
