[Resolved]  Microtek — Bad service

Hai i have taken microtek model : ups24x7sw650 s.no : 11EDGNB11411
about 6 months before
last 2 month onwords its not working i called up the guy from whom i bought he told me to get the same to his shop . its been their in his shop for nearly one month and he told me their was some minor problem its been serviced but when i taken the the same to my home its been as it was. i payed him Rs150 .
After a several call he came to my home and given me the microtek customer care number at cochin

I callled up the cutomer care some one has picked up the call he asked me the model and serial number i given him all the details he told some will come and will clear the problem . after 3 days as i didnt get any contact i called up with the customer care again the guy was asking me for the complaint number or i told him i have not got any such number . and he was arguing for that .
The guy registered a new call ( 854 ) now its been a 2 weeks i have not received any call from the dept its been such a bad service from you people as a customer i wont recoment your product any more i hope after typing this mail you would take some action
