[Resolved] Microtek Inverters — Inverter not working | |||
Sir I have purchased microtek inverter from Jagdamba TV Center,of 07/07/2012 Bhatni , Distt. Deoria (U P) .This in warranty period. From starting months the inverter is not working propely. After repetated complaint (NO-0892 & 0951) the service center is not given any service or satisfactory answer. pls help..... I had bought microtek inverter {model no.upse2-1550 serial no.9egnnb13480} IN VRINDABAN
from=Ajeet enterprises, cfc churaha {vrindaban} {mathura} {u.p}.
it suddenly stopped working.
i called up my dealer.till today no one has even turned up to check whats wrong with it.i do call daily to dealer.he give me a same reply.please help .

I also have to mention that the service of Microtek is VERY VERRRRRY POOOOOOR to add to this bad service they give you threats of Black Listing, etc. They are not able to rectify not able to detect what the problem could be they only want to take service charges without doing anything. The service person just uses his voltmeter and says everything Ok inverter working maybe fluctuation problem takes the cash and goes. The next time you call again the same. Those guys are useless. The company should close down.

The inverter is not working when the direct light gone... When the light gone the inverter alarms... Pls resolve it fastly
MY inverter is not working from yesterday. whenever power is off it starts beep and bling light of Overloading sign. I have purchased it in July 2014 2015. Inverter details is below:
