WE HAVE PURCHASED MICROTEK INVERTER -UPSEV860 10kGPNB21438 and Battery 24M*UPSB1800 SRNo Y[protected] from Rahthi Sons Electronics Shivpuri(Gwalior ) MP AND THIS PRODUCTS ARE STILL IN WARANNTY PERIOD BUT THE INVERTER HAS NOT BEEN WORKING FOR THE PAST 15 DAYS . IN EARLIER DAYS WHEN WE GET TROUBLE AND MADE A COMPLIMENT, THEY DIDN'T ENETERTAINS US PROPER WAY AND DIDN'T MAKE ANY ISSUE TO RESOLVE OUR PROBLEM , AND NOW AGAIN WHEN I AM TRYING TO MAKE A CALL ON "Opp. Hotel Maan Mandir Old Court Road Lakshar, Gwalior. (MP) 474001 Ph :[protected]" THEN THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING , THIS IS OFFICIAL NO GIVEN ON SITE . THIS IS VERY BAD SERVICE PROVIDING TO CUSTOMERS AND EVEN WHEN WE HAD TRIED TO CONNECT WITH DEALER THEN THEY ARE ALSO NOT RESOLVING MY PROBLEM

IT IS REAllY PATHETIC THAT BEING INVESTED RS. 15000/- AND THE INVERTER IS NOT WORKING FOR EVEN 5 MINUTES AGAINST ASSURED BACK UP TIME OF NEARLY 4 TO 6 HOURS. MY INVERTER EVEN NOT TAKING LOAD FOR A CFL AND FAN


KINDLY TREAT THIS ON AN SOS BASIS AND REQUEST TO SEND YOUR ENGINEER IMMEDIATELY AT THE EARLIEST.

I have go to Agra Microtek and paid them 450 INR as they billed me but nothing they have done. They refuse to show me it's work when I go to their office. They tell me it will work but those cheater never show me by check on same time.

They are doing work when I go their. They take 1 week from the date I gave them my UPS. the kids who do work on my UPS don't even know about How to use Screw-Driver. They are unable to close my UPS. At-least they loose my UPS-screw.

This thief company hire people who are under-18. the men who work on my UPS even not have knowledge then how they hire that engineer .

I have told them for show me how it's work when they don't do it. I have cheated 450 INR and those cheater never responding on my mail.

Is their anyone who can help me. Last time I go Agra 12 times for a small problem. Same way they never do work on it. Tell me it's will work. They changed the part unusually that even not solved the problem. the last time problem is solved by another engineer who come to my home and solve the issue on the front of my eyes.

I don't know why I paid them 450 INR when I can got it worked in less price in my area. they just a big thief I never buy Microtek Again.I never recommended this too for anyone. this is just thief company.

ON 18/06/12 NOW OUR IN INVERTER EXHAUST RELAY CONTACTOR IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING TO THE OWNER OF M/S METKAR & CO Mr. MANOJ METKAR SINCE LAST 7 TO 8 DAYS BUT HE IS NOT GIVING US THE PROPER REPLY PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND SEND YOUR TECHNICIAN TODAY ITSELF

I have purchased a new MICROTEK battery 10 months ago. which now battery back p is very low. i complaint thrice and spoken to 18 person totally till now no one gave proper response. each one i call gave a new number and name to call. i dint know when it will rectify. can any one help to solve the issue. for past 3 week i am running all over Chennai but no one responding. my name karthik my comp no ups-eb2012:017647.

I bought a Microtek twin guard + 1000 VA ups to run my computer with, i have a single cpu with monitor and 2.1 music system hooked up to it. my monitor draws 100w and the smps of the computer is 450 watts. for the first month it worked ok, then i started noticing voltage fluctuations.. my screen would hiccup to black whenever power would come. at times this would be a constant problem . i called microtek and they sent their representative. after fixing it and changing its service board . after he left when the power came the ups simply would not hold and the computer rebooted. i called his boss and after they tried to drag me through the mud with what i am doing wrong or abusing their piece they sent him back out. he fixed it again. it seemed to work then 2 hours after he left their was a small power surge in which it again rebooted my computer twice .. while it rebooted the second time the system had not fully loaded from the first time and resulted in corrupting windows 7. 2 hours ensued getting it fixed up. i again called asking the company to just send a fresh piece, they say that as i said it was ok at 7 it is not their fault that it broke at 10. i bought this ups around august 1, 2012. making it 2 months old . serial # is 12DUFNU58840. i have to say i am very disappointed in this company and find their rudeness to customers outrageous, the engineer was a nice fellow and tried his best.

we have purchased a microtek inverter from our local dealer in bassi pathanan(Prem Enterprises) last year only but to our dissapointment it has not been working till today.We had theimage that microtek is a good company and it may give consumer satisfaction but all is in vain.Though we have contacted him(dealer) hundred times every time he does nothing and has not even given the due bill which is highly shamefull on his part as well as on the companys.We want an immediate action against him for misleading the custmoers.

Very bad quality of online UPS are being made by Microtek. I have one UPS and two of my friends also bought Microtek UPS when i initially recommended.
But all three UPS create problem. 2 are less than 1 year old, still in warranty. one is 1.5 years old. service is very lousy. no one respons for weeks altogether. spare parts / spare cards are not available.
we recommend that try to buy some other company UPS rather than microtek.


Poor Quality Product. Bad after-sales service. at least in agra. we have spent thousands of rupees but bad product is a bad product.

Sir he is not to good work in this complain.He is not satisfied to me. My problem is no solve.Please solved it and provide to better service Earlie.

I have purchased microtek inverter (S.No- 11LGMH 185172) and Mtekpower battery from Batra Auto Parts Kashipur (Uttarakhand) on March-2012.Since very first day it was installed it is not giving backup.II complaint regarding that in microtek service center. One engineer from microtek has visited my place and checked the inverter and said that inverter ok and battery was deep discharged that's why it was not charging properly. He charged the battery outside and assured us that now it will work fine. But when we use inverter the problem was not fixed and we again faced backup problem. Again we call in service center and again same engineer visited the my house . This time he said that our inverter is ok. This is the problem of Mtekpower so please contact to battery department. After that I lodge a complaint in service center of Mtekpower battery. One engineer from battery department has visited my house and check the battery and said that battery is ok it was deep discharged because inverter is not charging the battery properly.

Dear Sir I want to know why their battery is going in deep discharged again and again.There are 1 inverter of Luminous in my family that is working fine and giving proper backup. Why microtek inverter and battery is having this problem.

Inverter department is saying that our inverter is OK and battery department is saying our battery is ok. No one is ready to take the responsibility to solve the backup problem and we are just running behind these people to get the solution of our problem.I also contact to microtek management on [protected]@microtekdirect.com, [protected]@microtekdirect.com, [protected]@alladeincare.com, [protected]@microtekdirect.com, [protected]@alladeincare.com but did not get solution of my problem.
Dear sir they did not solve my problem and also not ready to return my money. Please look into the matter and provide me the solution my problem. I have fedup with microtek inverter and battery and their services. I want my money back from them.I will be very thankful to you.

Sir I have purchased microtek inverter from Jagdamba TV Center,of 07/07/2012 Bhatni , Distt. Deoria (U P) .This in warranty period. From starting months the inverter is not working propely. After repetated complaint (NO-0892 & 0951) the service center is not given any service or satisfactory answer.

on 04th june,2011 ,Tax invoice no.11/381.of Rs.17500/-,which is out of work since one month.
I again inform you that I am fade up about the product ,because since purchase of the product ,the product occurred some problem and out of order shortly ,when ever I have contacted with the person for service ,I get reply in negative sense .Pls see into the matter and take necessary action for service immediately,and get the product ready for use for us.

Your service Engineer Mr. Sudheer kumar did not responding to any complain. Since Monday dated 16.7.2012 I am contacting him and getting reply that I will come today. But seven days past and that person did not turned up. We are really fade of from the service provided by Microtek . The reputation of the brand company is going down due to service Engineer like Mr. Sudheer Kumar.He is not bother about the reputation of the Microtek..Kindly look into the matter seriously.

Dear sir,
I bought a battery of Microtek
Company and I got 30 months replacement warranty
And 2 years has been passed. Almost 10 time I have
Complaint to customer care, 3 or 4 time service engineer
has come and all time he said battery is OK.
But my battery is not working properly, my battery is
under warranty and they r not replacing and passing
our time. Please suggest me what should I do.

I HAVE PURCHASED MICROTEK UPS INVERTER FROM "SAINI ELECTRONICS", NYAY KHAND 1ST, INDRAPURAM, GHAZIABAD, UTTAR PRADESH-201010, DATED 13.09.2010 OF RUPEES 15600/- WITH 3 YEARS WARRANTY OF BATTERY. BUT MY BATTERY (S.NO. U[protected]/ MODEL NO. - 36M MODELUPSEB636) IS DEFECTIVE BEFORE WARRANTY PERIOD.

SO I COMPLAINT TO MICROTEK CUSTOMER CARE ON 18.06.2012 (COMPLAIN NO. - 17816). AND I ALSO INTIMATED TO SHOP KEEPER.

THERE IS VERY BAD AND UNSATISFACTORY RESPONSE FROM MICROTEK SERVICE. MICROTEK CUSTOMER CARE GAVE TWO PERSON MOBILE NO. NAMELY MR. PUSHPENDRA AND MR. GAURAV ARORA OF ([protected],[protected]. WHO ARE CONTINUOUSLY MISGUIDING AND MISBEHAVING ON PHONE AND STILL NOT RESPONDING.

ADDITIONAL TO THAT I JUST WANT TO INFORM MY PERSONAL URGENCY REGARDING THIS REQUIREMENT THAT MY WIFE IS PREGNANT AND IN GHAZIABAD APPROX. 8 HRS DAILY ELECTRICITY CUT IS THERE.

AFTER ONE WEEK MY FAMILY IS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL BLOCK AND HEATH ISSUES. BECAUSE OS THIS IGNORANCE OF MICROTEK.


IF MICROTEK HAVE GIVEN ME WARRANTY OF BATTERY, WHY THEY ARE NOT CHANGING IT IMMEDIATELY. AND STILL AFTER SO MANY CHECKS FROM COMPANY I AM STILL NOT GETTING RESPONSE AND MY BATTERY.



AS A CITIZEN OF THIS COUNTRY I AM APPEALING TO AUTHORITY KINDLY TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM. AND PROVIDE ME JUSTICE AND PROPER CLAIM AGAINST THIS ISSUE.
