[Resolved] Millenium Toyota (Apprnna Motors Mumbai) — car not allotment after giving payment | |||
Dear Sir, This is to bring to your notice the inconvenience and harassment caused to us by your dealer Millennium Toyota ( Vile Parle, West, Mumbai).We had booked Innvoa 2.5 GX 8 Seater Silver colour on 04/7/2011.at booking time i paid 50000 advance amt.at that time the person who can book my car told me that you will get your car after 5 weeks. on 1st august morning he will call me and said your allotment of Innvoa is in this month and you will pay full amount before allotment this is our policy and i will give you date of receving of your car on 5th august.then i transfar full payment on 2nd august.when i call on 5th morning their person sundllely told me that you submit your address proff and other document beacuse your approvel is not come from TKM. i m socked suddenly after geting payment delar not pick up my call also. i register compalin their banglore office also but last 5 days they also not reslove my matter. My point is they have no rights to use our money how they can colletct money from customer they will make us full. Now all these things have caused a lot of inconvenience and tremendous harassment. So kindly look into the matter and give us a suitable compensation failing which we shall approach the Consumer Court to get justice. Was this information helpful? | |||
