sir,this is to inform you that i am an airtel prepaid customer.my mobile no.is [protected].i am a widow pension holder.for the last 2-3 months,airtel deducted rupees two-three everyday from by balance account.i have not accept any special offer.please stop all this nonsence service to restrict my balance only for talk. thanking you. Airtel Prepaid — Automatic Balance Deduction
I am having a prepaid airtel connection [protected] in Mumbai region.Many times some unwanted services (VAS) are automatically
getting started on my mobile. My prepaid balance is constantly being deducted
for such unwanted services which I never want. Many times I called on customer
care & requested to STOP these services but after few days/weeks again some
other/new services automatically start & deduct the balance.
Can you please necessary steps to STOP such undue balance deduction against Airtel?
