Motorola — Within Warranty A810 mobile not being repaired | |
Hi, I purchased one motorola A810 mobile phone some months back, but soon it started giving the display and camera problem. I took this phone to the e-Sagar Techonologies, Indiranagar branch, Bangalore for the repair. They said they will return it back within 2 weeks, but now its over 2 months and they are not returning the phone back. They keep saying the parts have not come yet from chennai. I kept calling them every week but it seems they are not in mood to repair my phone. I am also thinking for registering a police complaint and going to consumer court, I they did not respond to this forum. If such is the suituation for the servicing in motorola, I request all of you not to buy motorola phone. Regards Abhinav Was this information helpful? | |

I have a Motorazer V8. I am facing boot loader error. I went to Redington India who is the authorised service dealer for Motorola. They said they have put software to boot the phone. After coming home the same same error occured.
The Quality of service provided by Redington is very bad.
The quality of Motorola phone is also very poor. Because the same thing happened in the previous models.

Hey Guys i'm also having the same problem only I bought a Motorola A810 hanset at a day before diwali but in a one week there is a lots of problem like camara, messaging, and hanging etc.
i gave the hanset to the service centre they said it has a board problem we'll sent it to chennai to makeover it, i'm waiting for the phone
Please Guys beware of Motorola products especially the Moto Yuva A810 Don't buy it...

i m too facing the problem of similar kind.
Touch screen of my mobile Motorola A810 is not working. visited the service centre in noida. they asked me to for 3-4 days untill they recieve the parts from chennai. 2 weeks gone but they couldnt get the parts. then i contacted MOTOrola care and registered a complaint . they assured me to get it done within 4 days.
after 4 days when i contacted motorola care they asked me to again wait for one week.
such a poor service is being provided by Motorola .
so please think 100 times before buying any motorola product.
