[Resolved] Motorola Zn5 — Univercell Customer Service is very Bad. | |
Dear Concern, This is to bring to your notice that, I have applied for the claim of the insurance of my theft Motorola ZN5 mobile which I purchased in Univercell Mysore. I have submitted all necessary documents before 3 months with the insurance claim form. but still no updates or response from Univercell. As per Univercell commitment during the pruchase of the handset. It will take maximum of 45 days for clearing the insurance claimed amount. But it has taken already around 90 days. Dont they have any SLA?. Is this the quality of service which Univercell provides? If I call to[protected] the landline number of your corporate office no body picks the call. I lost my patience. The ZN5 reboot itself every 3-4 hrs. Given the thing to the service center at Guwahati. Awaiting their response.

motorola zn5 — when i am calling mobile automaticaly swiched off
I was gaved my mobile to motorola service centre in chennai in 27-02-09. The workers told me if the problem is solved I will call u. But still not called.. if i called the service centre no one can attend the call and no responce from that.
