[Resolved]  MTNL — 3G Network Very Poor

Dear MTNL Team,
i have rechage 175rs. last month, but 1 month will be complete 27th mar 2013. but my query not resolved. i m cuntinues call to customer care for 3g network on my area. further no action taken by your team. please help for the same. my add- nathu pura, burari, delhi-110084.
our location tower not woking. reuired maintainance.
finally my 3g recharge gone waist. finally i dicied portable my number mtnl to other network. i am really impressed with mtnl but 3g service very bad. poor.

MTNL — a very very bad service provider

i had confirmed with costumer care of mtnl wether if i buy rs 40 sim then will i be able to use internet answer was yes from many mind you MANY and now after doing this i asked that i got rs 299 recharge coupon so should i recharge it but i dont want 3g service many said yes and so i did not recharge after that i activated gprs and also did a recharge of 98 rs and used it for 6 days and now they are telling you cant use it and i am feed up of this can u help me plz

well my telephone number is:26513496 i am broadband subscriber of TriB UL data-512 Combo New* and i am getting half speed 60kb for 1 mb unlimited plan thats real shame to mtnl i made many complaint on phone to mtnl yet speed is very slow there staff is very rude sarkari babu think twice before you chose mtnl
