Hi, I paid the security cheque for Installing icontrol- (Sponsored by MTNL and Aksh Optic) on 2nd Februrary 2009. Since then i am making a request on the Customer Care No 26990009 for the installation of the facility. Now the Customer care executives are not lodging my complaint for the cancellation and refund of the security deposit and also not giving me the request no of the complaint nor they are installing set top box. Since 1st March 2009 Customer Care executive provides me a feedback that technician will visit your place. But till now no intimation is received from the company. Was this information helpful? sir i also face same problem

i have disconnedted iptv service since jan-2009 aksh ppl have aske me to fax regarding this to anaga madam on fax no 82712957 i had send fax on this number 4-5 times i also recieved call from thme regardi ng the disconnection and was told someone will pick up the settopbox and i will get my refund in 6 days
till day no one has come

pls someone guide on how and where can i complain abt this matter to higher authorities

I have disconnected my IPTV-MTNL connection from telephone no.27567292 but I have not received the secutity refund. Their customer care no. is not working.
