I am user of mtnl broad band, my telephone no is[protected], I have problem with broad band since month of march-April 2012, Some time working some time not.Even that I receive my bill after pay date It is line men fault not mine so why i pay surcharge(extra charge) for late payment, If line men not doing his job honestly. I was complaint about it in mtnl office and call centre (198 and 1504) but problem is not solved on that time.After complaint I didn’t get any solution from mtnl but continually I was getting bills of approx Rs 750 per month till june 2012. I stopped to pay bills now status is DNP (do not paid), my telephone is out of order because the payment is due.

When I asked to call centre to applying for disconnect, they told me that I have to pay pending bills first but why should I pay bills if broadband was not working during that period.
I am very frustrated with very very poor service of mtnl. I m not get satisfied with MTNL.
Please help me to wave off these bills.
