MTNL Broadband — disconnects after 4 minutes

very poor service afer two days.when i start mtnl broad band problems.where started we r not satisfied wid dis service.becozz be called dem to take action dis complaint nobodies comes.finlly we decide they dont need custormers,

I have lots & lots of problems with MTNL services & I m one hundred percent unsatisfied with their services from the very first day . Firstly, I installed my modem myself & there was assistance from their side, just because it was my own modem . After that day I suffer a lot because of its poor connectivity . Usually, it lost its connection in every 2 to 3 minutes then I have to wait for it to regain its connections & if if ones it connected, it disconnect just by clicking on any article which I want to access . Whenever I registered for the complaint, the one and only thing which I got from their side is only assurance, that it'll be solved by today & if not then the next day surely but the problem & their answers are always remain same till now . The telephone nos of their officials are going always engage .
