[Resolved]  MTNL Broadband — Internet Complaint

This mail is regarding the unprofessional behavior of MTNL Broadband employee.
Sir I would like to tell you that despite of several calls and complaint the result which we get from the MTNL office is none. My name is Anurage Ellis and I reside at Jangpura Ext New Delhi 110014 my MTNL landline no. is[protected] and I have internet connection on this no. my internet is not working since 27th Feb. 09.I have made several complaints to the costumer care, my complaint no’s are: - 27th Feb.[protected],[protected], 14th mar[protected], 24th mar[protected].27th mar[protected].Despite making complaint so many time we are not getting results. The response we were getting was (AAJ HO JAYEH GAA) we have made several calls to the Area Manager (Jor Bagh) but the answer was same. We have made so many calls that are phone bill is higher then never before. We have lost are hope on this system and are bound to approach you to help us solve this issue.
