I am also facing the problem of low speed and not working properly since 3 month. I get new complaint numbers every time I call 1504. And they say is that is ur pc problem. And the response of MTNL staff on telephone is also very irritating. They just ask whether ADSL light is ON. They are not concerned whether there are frequent disconnections.
