MTNL Broadband — Internet not working.

I am using MTNL's Internet service at my house for 3 months. It is not working. I have lodged many complaints on 1504 (last complaint no's[protected],[protected] and also had a talk with area broadband manager of Sarita Vihar personally and on phone[protected] regarding this but nobody has come to redress the problem till date. Please do the needful.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that our Internet is not working properly since last 7 days
aslo router is not working.

We are not satisfied from (unlimited plan-999/-) now we want to change the Bill plan in 199/- So kindly do the needful

I had lodged a complaint on 1504 (complaint no 7802) and also had a talk with area broadband manager regarding this problem but nobody has come to redress the problem till date. Please do the needful.
