MTNL Broadband — BROADBAND CONNECTION NOT ACTIVATED AFTER SHIFTING OF MY RESIDENCE TWO MONTH BACK

I HAVE RECENTHLY SHIFTED MY RESIDENCE AND MY TELEPHONE # 26278517. I AM HAVING BROADBAND CONNECTION ALSO. BUT IT IS MORE THAN 2 MONTHS MTNL HAVE NOT REACTIVATED MY BROADBAND CONNECTION TILL DATE. INSPITE OF MY REPEATED COMPLAINTS NOBODAY HAS ATTENDED MY CALL TILL DATE. PLS HELP.

I am residing at Ahmedabad (gujarat) and my phone no :[protected]
since last long time our broad band is working properly. speed is not proper and disconnecting lines frequently. I am in un limited plan and paying huge amount Rs. 25 per day. By failure of broad band connectivity we are loosing such huge amount. KIndly look in the matter and rectify our problem at the earliest possible.
