I have got a MTNL phone in my name for internet purpose last month only, i booked an unlimited plan at the time of booking, they agree to give the same, but when i received the bill they have charged me Rs. 46,210, they have given me a limited plan, now i went to their office but didnt get any appropriate response from them, they told me to come again, should i go to my office or keep going to MTNL, its really pathetic..
Really MTNl guys r the worst Guys..

My landline no. is 22431788. Myself Rajesh Bhatia. I had applied for MTNL broadband connection on 18.09.2010 but the executive came and collected an amount if Rs.550/- in cash and given me a receipt of Rs.500/- only. On being asked, he replied that he had taken Rs.50/- for modem charges. I had approached Mr. Pandey, SDO, Geeta Colony Exchange and he informed me that due to Commonwealth Games, the modems are not available. Later on, I had purchased my own Modem and given a letter as well as copy of the bill of modem purchased by me. On 24.10.2010 a person from MTNL for installation of modem came and asked me that my computer is faulty. I called the software engineer who reloaded the Windows and again on 26.10.2010 I contacted MTNL Exchange and on the same day your executive visited and installed modem but, in the meantime I had received a bill for Rs.572/- and one more bill for Rs.201/-. I want to ask your goodself when I had not used the internet, why I should pay these bills. My consumer no. is [protected].
Kindly do the needful at the earliest possible convenience.
