my tel no 23010377 mohd nasim Clare road Byculla

from last 15 days my internet is not working I already complaint so many times online & by phone 198 & 1504 but they are not helping to solve the problem

one telephone person visited the place he already call broadband person infront of me he told me there is login problem he too cant login directly from exchange & the officer told me some port problem is there he will solve it but until today problem is not solved

my plan 1599

15days already my money is waiste and they are not solving the problem where to complaint I cant understand???
