[Resolved]  MTNL Broadband — internet not working

i would like to draw your kind attention towards my problem. i am a regular user of net and from last few months my MTNL broadband on telephone number[protected] is not working. i have already tried calling on 1504 many times but did'nt get any response.
kindly help me out as soon as possible.

HTE NET CONNCETION HAS BEEN WORKING WITH INTURRUPTIONS AT FREUENT UNEQUAL INTERVALS, AFTER I USED THIS FORUM FOUR DAYS AGO. THE SERVICE INDUSTRY HS TO PROVIDE 24X7 SERVICES, IN CASE OF MAJOR BREAK, THEY SHOULD INTIMATE USER BY WAY OF SMS /LAND LINE NBR WITH EXPECTED TIME OF RESUMPTION OF SERVICES SO USER CAN PLAN THEIR SCHEDULE EFECTIVELY.

PLS BEAR IN MIND THAT : CRITICS ARE ONE MORE WAY TO MAKE HOST TO IMPROVE SERVICES.

I recently got a new landline[protected] with WI-FI connection at my home. The internet stopped working form the very next day. For the past 5 days I have been continuously calling customer care 1504 but in vain. NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TILL DATE. Every time I am given a new complaint number or given a (false) assurance that the problem will be resolved in next 24hrs. I have even talked to Area Manger but still no action.

kindly help me.

MTNL Broadband — non working of internet

my internt is not working and made complaint on 18 april 09, but no action was taken to rectify the same. even informed to dgm office on 22 april. kindly rectify the problem immediately.
i have my own experience on call centre 1504- most of them r useless and not able to rectify the problem telephonically. pl train them or recuirt knowledgable executives.

i m user of mtnl broad band, my telephone no is[protected], i have problem with broad band since last two months, some time working some time not. but now it is completely not working from last week, i was complaint about it in mtnl office and call centre many times but problem is not solved till now

we are complain 10 days before in 198 for internte problems doct no 3700. but not any action, please my internet problem solved.

i am user of mtnl broadband, my telephone no.[protected] in the name of vimal devi H-97 shakarpur from last 6 month we are facing speed problem now the speed problem is solve but they have given me a new problem of internet disconnection problem for 15 to 20 min internet getting disconnect after that i will connect automaticaly.

Sir, My landline no. is 28345342 with broadband connection. Hardly it works for a week, net is disconnected. I compliant at 28342490 & 28342727 may be fifty or sixty times they say Mr. SUNIL will look into it. When I contacted Mr. Sunil at[protected] either his phone is out of range or he did nt pick it. It is very shameful act by the employee of large P.S.U. It makes the reputation of the company & country in doldrums. Do you know that neither of the private co. or foriegn co. uses your services. Think it.

My landline no is[protected] From the last 20 days my internet is not working i hve complent 10 time.the MTNL service is pathetic line man is not picking my call i hve called him so many time in 1504 i hve complaint 5 times in 197 i hve complint 5 times even at janakpuri of no 25537272 i complaint bt till the date my internet is not working.

do the needful ASAP.
