[Resolved] MTNL Broadband — Unavailability of Internet | |||
Dear Sir / Ma'am, I, Mohit Maheshwari, staying in Orlem (comes under Kandivali West Tel. Ex.), having MTNL Landline No.[protected]CA Number: [protected]). This is to bring you in notice that I have been experiencing a very tough time with their services. I got Landline for use of internet. But unfortunately, most of the times, there is no ADSL signal on modem. I have repeatedly booked complaint online (3806, 3921 - Old | 3219, 1468 and 6805 - New) but as soon as representative comes, the internet works fine and is crashed again in few hours. I had paid all my dues well on time till now (the service which hasn't been used mostly). The internet was installed on 19th of Feb 2011. This issue is holding many urgent and critical actions for which I needed internet line. I have tried calling on Grievance numbers but I think there should be a Grievance redressal system to handle that as well, since no one attends call on Kandivali Numbers: 28050111, 28017500. Also tried number of Mr. D. R. Gupta (General Manager - West III) which is given as 28012345. This was also not answered. This is really unfortunate and unprofessional behaviour. I am tired of paying more than 800 Rs. per month for 512 unlimited plan, where I can opt for any other service which gives better speed, performance and value for money. I would like to take this matter legally and have my duly paid amount reversed. Please help me in taking action against MTNL.
