[Resolved]  MTNL Broadband — No Service

Respected Sir,
Its been more than a month now, I have been filing complaints for my Internet Connection problems in MTNL Broadband services,
But every time i complaint they just give me some excuse of technical error, I have been suffering from almost a month with my internet problems,
I can hardly work on Internet, as all my work is based on Internet,
The executive from the company just calls me and says he'll come but he never appeared,

I request you to take a legal action against the company as i have been only paying 1000's of rupees every month
