I AM USING MTNL BROADBAND FROM LAST 4 YEAR. I HAVE NEVER FACED ANY MISS BEHAVIOUR EARLIER . MY BROABAND IS NOT WORKING FROM LAST 2 MONTH . BUT MTNL PERSON ARE NOT EVEN RESPONDING AND EVEN MISS BEHAVE OUR PHONE .
I[censored] CLAA ON CALL CENTER THEY WILL GIVE SOME NO (AREA MANAGER OR LINE MAN). WHEN U WILL CALL THAT PERSON HE WILL GIVE U ANOTHER NO. THEY ALL PLAY PASSING GAMES . NO ONE IS READY TO RECTIFY MY ISSUE. BUT AFTER FEW DAYS THEY WILL AUTOMATICALLY CLOSE THE COMPLAIN . EVEN IF CUSTOMER IS NOT SATISFIED

I too have complained about 20 times in a month, but they simply closed the request with out any solution.
They do not even pick the phone, and if they picked they talk uncivilized as if they are earlier working with animals. They regard no respect for consumer.
Their common answer " Today the concerned person is on leave"
"I came to you, but u r not at home"
"The line is ok, although when u check it, it all bull the same."
I think their culture is being uncultured
