    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I undersigned am in receipt of refund of Rs.659/- on 6th August 2012, i.e. after 1 year and 6 months from the date of surrender of GSM SIM card on 24th February 2011.

    MTNL have deducted Rs.624.73 towards outstanding bills from my above refund of Deposit with MTNL. I would like to bring your notice that I have paid all outstanding till the date of surrender of SIM and I have not received any bills after surrender of SIM.

    Therefore you are requested to kindly refund my balance deposit and oblige.

      I Vinshu Gupta have filed a request for BROADBAND TRIAL PACK 1099 at
      sanchar hat of Rajouri Garden and have done a payment of Rs.1099 on
      28.07.12.I dont have a
      landline connection,and officials said that under 1099 plan both
      landline connection and BB connection will be provided under 2 to 4
      days,,,Now its about a week gone and still no response is there from
      your side.
      Furthermore officials arent helping me either.They are just saying we
      cant do anything,and its my responsibility to meet area manager of my
      area and they are not responsible for delay.I kindly request the
      authorties to look into the matter urgently and give me feedback as
      soon as possible...

      MTNL — Activation of Broadband Connection

      I have applied for A broadband connection on 24.09.08, I have paid full charges for the same . I was informed that Connection will be activated with in 3-4 days. Now they are saying that It will be done after 2 months due to unavailablity of modem.

      So many times I have given request to start my net facility but no body is their to leasten.

      MTNL — Non-activation of broadband services after address change

      Sir,

      I shifted from Manak Vihar, East Delhi to a nearby locality Shreshtha Vihar in East Delhi itself. I had applied for the shifting of my telephone to the new address on 13/07/2009. After few calls, the telephone was instanlled on 17/07/2009 but the broadband services have not been resumed till date despite my repeated contacts on the helpline, meeting the SDO, Karkardooma and contacting the DET, Karkardooma over telephone, who assured me that the services will be resumed by 28th of this month. On 28th, some official informed us over telephone that the services can not be resumed till further two days. He was calling from the telephone No. 22301414. Earlier on almost every day from 20/07/2009 till date we have been contacting the helpline 1504 but to no effect. The helpline claims that they resolve the issues within 12 to 24 hours, but it has become more than 10 days for us!! Besides, whenever someone calls on behalf of MTNL, he simply asks 'Is the link light blinking on the modem?', you say 'NO' and they hang up!! This kind of extremely poor and unacceptable response is shocking. It was further more surprizing, when on of the employees (unknown identity) on the helpline advised us to get rid of MTNL and get it disconnected, as there were none to listen to the grievance.

      I am now compelled to write to you for this inaction of the Deptt. I earnestly request your goodself to kindly get the services resumed at the earliest as my wards have to do lot of work on internet, or if not possible, please do let me know if really I should get the connection terminated.

          This is Anubhav Sharma from Vasant Kunj Enclave New Delhi.
          I took a MTNL landline connection in April'12 (landline no.[protected]since that day i am not able to use it for a full day even on a single day.
          Broadband remains non working for more than half of the day.I have registered several complaints (online) to MTNL regarding this but nobody from MTNL has ever come to see the problem and the complaint on the website of MTNL gets resolved automatically without any of their action. I have all the complaint numbers which i registered. I also sent email to GM Broadband in Delhi but they also did not do anything. I am continuosly paying around Rs.1000 as the bill (around Rs.850-900 is for Broadband & WiFi only) and i am not able to use it. My job is also getting affected because of this as in our area we do not have good network of TATA Photon and i am not able to work properly ( I had taken MTNL Broadband because of this reason only)
          I am totally frustrated because of MTNL as it is affecting my day today life also as whenever i have to do somrthing important, broadband doesn't work.
          MTNL people are least bothered to check the things and i am the ultimate victim of their negligence.
          Please help me out to get my broadband rectified.

            MTNL Broadband — Internet Connection Not working since 15 June 2010

            Nobody is trying to sort out the problem.

            They mischieviously report to office that the complaint is done. But nothing is done actually.

              this is to inform u that i m using mtnl landline service for last 20 years...... but i have never experience such problem of excess billing, as MTNL is very reputed company, this is unexpectable.... I had changed my plan from regular to freedom 495 on 28th April 2012. but i have been over charged since then i.e. May-June month....                 I shifted from Mulund to Bhandup in June 2011. I applied to MTNL for shifting our landline and Broadband(In my Fathers name - P S Shenoy). I was charged Rs.300/- as shifting charges and Rs.300/- as broadband activation charges. While i agree to the shifting charges, i don't to the Broadband activation charges. have paid the bill as per the procedure. I now want MTNL to refund me Rs.300/-.

                Further, I was using MTNL'S PC Protection in 2010, which i applied for discontinuation in April 2011. The MTNL website does not allow one to deactivate the PC protection, therefore i sent request on mail and followed up on phone for the last 15 months. There is no concrete response nor a confirmation that the PC protection has been deactivated. I have been charged Rs.750/- in April 2012 even though i made a request to deactivate it. I want MTNL to refund me RS.750/- also.

                I need MTNL to refund the total amount of Rs.1050/-.

                  As MTNL have stopped sending the hard copy of the bill and on thier web site they have stopped access to the Dolphin bilss. I have paid Rs 165/- on 2nd July, 2012, against my bill amount from May-June 2012, which wasRs119, due date 28th, June for Mob [protected], The same has carried forward in my current bill, as per SMS I have received tody. On the basis of SMS , they issue a hand written slip, which very difficult to maintain. I request MTNL to issue me a proper bill aftre adjusting the paid bill

                      My mobile no. is [protected]. Three/four days back the MTNL activated some “newspack” my mobile phone which I never asked and are also charging Rs. 7/- every day for the same by debiting the balance. I tried my best to deactivate that service but could not do so despite my best efforts. I contacted customer care no. and I was assured on phone that the service would be deactivated and balance would be restored the next day but instead of restoring the balance I am being cheated by continuously debiting Rs. 7/- every now and then. It seems that the MTNL has instructed its staff to commit such type of fraud with its customers on regular basis.
                      Now I request you to stop all services and compensate me for the loss, the harassment and inconvenience suffered by me, take necessary action against the guilty officials who cheat the public by arbitrarily activating various kinds of services.

                        im really upset by MTNL. my trump sim card was lost by me, for that i wanted to block it. i made nearly 15 to 17 calls on [protected] from morning to MTNL costomer exicutive. but he/she has not attending any of them. in future if someone missuse my sim then what should i do? will company take any responsibility of that??????

                          MTNL linemen in person but in vain. My week old complaint no. A38 with Sanchaar Bhawan remains unattended
                          to. In contrast to the absolutely poor service and negligence on part of MTNL; the only thing which is timely is a
                          bill for a connection which has been dead for a month.
                          What is the customer grievance redressal system at MTNL. Can a dead connection be activated? I wish to
                          terminate a dead connection with active bills.

                            1) it takes 5-10 mints to statrt the internet we have to repeatedly press
                            refresh button
                            2) once the link is establised it breaks automatically in 3-5 minutes

                                1. Broad band is not functional for more than a month at the residence of Brigadier Sunit Kumar, DACIDS(ORSAT), HQ Integrated Defence Staff, Address of the officer as under:-

                                I am facing problem with my broadband. My number 27723403. Whenever I get connected to any web, I am able to work on it for few minutes and then suddenly get disconnected and the message comes not able to trace the server TRY again. I keep trying but it never gets connected again. If I try after an hour it will again work for some time and then same error repeats. I am gettind disturbed with this discontinuity. Please look in to the subject and have this corrected. Since we are working couples we are not at home on week days.                                 MTNL — Broadband Service not working

                                I am very much feedup with the MTNL Broadband service.
                                I have no idea what to do now as it's already more that a week when the MTN L install the telephone connection at my home but not yet started broadband service.
                                I have requested many time on 1500, 1504, 197,[protected]Mr M.K. Jain person responsible for installation of broadband connection in my area), 22046853, 22451810 Mr Mahesh but still no action was taken.

                                MTNL have opened call center but i am not able to understand what's the use of call center (Techinical & other) if they doesn't know how to troubleshoot the problem.

                                Each and every time to simply try to do mind wash of the customer.

                                If somebody have there higher authority contact number who can solve my this issue please give it to me.
                                Its just 5 days the internet connection been taken...
                                Now the lights are not coming in the modern and internet is not working... Inspite of informing the same to the call center many time.. no one has visited so far to rectify the problem...
                                Every time.. it is said... withing 2 hours enginner will come.. but like this already 4-5 days been passed...
                                Look into this matter immediately and solve the problem...

                                My Internet is dead for last 7 days, and every time I make an internet complaint, I get a docket number and the complaint remains unsolved. My docket number is 277 & complain no. 41100633. It is Janakpuri MTNL branch. Every time when I call complaint registering telephone number it is always busy.

                                Actually Sir my broadband not working properly on Telephone No 25644187. I have made several complained for it. But all in vain.

                                PLEASE RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM AS I AM FACING GREAT DIFFICULTY

                                We have a broadband connection which is not working for more than a week and our complaints have gone on deaf years.(tel no 26730405 / 26730406
                                It is sheer negligence and bad attitude that MTNL has towards existing clients. We are completely disappointed by the service as we do not have internet access from past 7 days and your representative has not even turned up to sort this matter

                                we ae incurring losses of Rs 100000 daily and still waiting for you to respond unlike the other companies who atleast come in 1 day but MTNL just refuses to pay heed to our request
                                Hope fully our problem will be sorted out immediately else we will have to approach the consumer forum

                                This to inform you that my docket no 5424 the problem is stll pending but when i am tracking the status of the problem on-line the status is shown as sorry there is no record for this complaint.My Broad band is not working from 07/08/2010 (the link lite is blinking ) inspite of the complaint no action has been taken you are requested to do the needful further if the broad band is not restored immediately .Please follow the TRAI guidelines in billing and do not bill for the period for which services were not provided to the customer( treat this as written instruction )
                                Further when I called at the phone no[protected] the Phone was attended by Vasudha Bhatnagar she has said phone line will not be rectified for another 3 to 4 days however when i asked her to confirm that in writing reply was we eill not give in writing .                                 I am a MTNL(phone number[protected] user since decades and I have broadband connection. The internet usually dont works, as it is nowadays. The consumer complaints are never heard of by the complaints department, they usually ask if internet is working.... how will it work if nobody even comes to check the line.
                                My sincere request is to any good and sincere officer/official person, to please look into this.

                                My MTNL broadband (499 unlimited scheme) has not been working over the past 5 days, I have been calling up their helpline 1504 to no avail. All they do is reset the router and ask me to wait for 5 mins, if this doesn't work, they ask me to call 198 to lodge in a complain. The customer service staff is appalling to say the least, they have hung up on me numerous times and kept me on hold forever. My complain # in 9019, expecting someone to actually look into this problem and resolve it once and for all.

                                Our internet connection vide ph no 27516643 is not working regularly since last 3 weeks. Many complaints have been filed at 1504, 27913600
                                and to 27917575. The no 27917575 of General Manager is not connectible at all. This no was provided by 1504.

                                The line man Sohanlal always says that he will come today or tomorrow. The conduct of lineman is corrupt. He is seeking bribe of 500/00
                                He says that he is to share bribe with supervisor Mr Anand , only then the fault would be rectified.

                                Mr Anand has promised to get the fault rectified many times but no one turns up.

                                Pl look into the the matter and get the fault rectified.

                                i m user of mtnl broad band, my telephone no is[protected], i have problem with broad band NOT WORKING last one month, i was complaint about it in mtnl office and call centre many times but problem is not solved till now

                                i have a internet connetion but this connection is not working last 10 days.
                                no any response on my complaint.
                                my complaint no is-7483 this is note on 25/05/11 at 1pm.

                                MTNL — Broadband not working

                                I applied for a MTNL connection with combo offer for my flat on 27/04/20111 vide receipt no 24747 (Tel No[protected]. The telephone connection was activated on 7th May 2011 but broadband was not activated on that time. After several remider to the sanpada exchange, two persons from the exchange visited my house aroung 2000hrs on 16th May and tested my Laptop for compatibility and took my signature that services are working but left without creating a desktop connection from where services can be activated. They were informed of the same very next day on 17th May 2011. I am calling the exchange almost every day but so far services are not activited. I have written to cstomer services also, they have in return provided the number of the same exchange, with whom I am already in contact.
                                So far I am not able to get the broadband services. The persons, who visited were Mr. Mishra and Mr. Sudhakar.

                                This is regarding the non working of MTNL broadband for last 1 week. Our ph num is 27602765. Despite repeated complaints, nobody came over to fix the problem.

                                Finally I resorted to the MTNL grievance cell and complained about the broadband service. Still no action. When I enquired with the grievance cell, they told me I had incorrectly complained about the phone and not the broadband. I registered the complaint again but still no action. Rather the staff in the grievance cell was highly rude and upon asking when will this be fixed, they responded that this forum is only to log the complaint and they will not provide and expecte closure timeframe.

                                Please look into the matter, the inconvenience of broadband is one problem and the misbehaviour of the customer care staff adds up to the woes.

                                My MTNL broadband connection not working from past 3-4 months. I complaint it many times via phone and website portal. I don't know how they mark the docket number "completed" even they are not. After few emails to <[protected]@bol.net.in> they came to my house and make the internet working.

                                But exactly after 2 days it went down again and again that complaint process started. This time now body turned up till now. I visited 3 times MTNL office and due to some silly reasons they didn't took my connection back. You guys know the stupid formalities of Govt offices.

                                I paid almost 3 bills to them without using their services. The bad thing that they don't compensate their buyers for down service.

                                I urge all you guys not to take MTNL office ever and kindly forward this message to your dear and near ones.

                                My broadband on my 22302865 is not working since last 1.5 months. I have tried all their helpline nos 198, 1504, 1500. I have even complained on DGM office no 23324945, 25716686. Also informed their area managers on their nos dinesh pal [protected] and Ravinder [protected]. But no one has contacted me back for resolution of complaint and till date my complaint is as it is. MTNL days are counted this government co will be doomed forever if it keeps offering such poor services.
                                Broad band services as well as land line services are available only intermitently for last 15 days. We have lodged complaints on number of occassions. Lineman attended once but could not resolve problem permanently. Broad band &amp; telephone services should be reinstated urgently and charges be adjusted for 15 days. The last complaint docket no. is 1827.

                                  I an not receiving the bills of my mob, [protected]. instead getting SMS, On the basis of SMS counter clerk does not accpt the due amount and for duplicate bills,their computer system is generally not working, I understand many people are suffering from this problem. I hard copy or e-bill is customer right, why TRAI is not stepping in and force MTNL to send bills to customers.

                                      i m Vikrant i want to take new connection of mtnl broadband but in-spite of lots of request mtnl not provide me any solution about this matter.they said mtnl. poll not found near at your home but poll stand from my home approx. 50meters.but they said that, "we can't provide you net connection.
                                      rather before about 2 year i use mtnl landline connection.
                                      please check out this complaint as early as possible.i really-really need the net connection.so however you provide me net-connection.please....................
