I have been experience trouble connecting to the internet since this new year 2009 because my telephone line is faulty. I have lost count of the number of times I called MTNL and broadband complaint dept and all I got was "call them not us" they gave some number where no body picked and that was the end of the story. I have a unlimited broadband plan and I pay Rs.1000 every month and I get this kind of pathetic service. The system sucks and no body bloody cares about the customer and the service they should be doing for which they draw their pay cheques every single month.

Dear Sir,
I am MTNL TRI BAND Subscriber No. [protected] telephone number 26982810. For the last 5-6 days, I am regularly pursuing matter concerning with Digital Signature Certificate class 2 from your department, but I could not get till date. I have contacted on telephones 20075566, 20222526 and others but invain. I have tried many times to get the same online as per instructions laid down, but failure due to faulty server. Today, I made a request to Mr Yadav on telephone No.20222526, he told me that server will be rectified only from Mumbai Office, I will ask them to rectify the same. But it was not o.k. till late night
today. More surprisingly the email provided as [protected]@mtnltrustline.com is also not responding always shows failed. I am completely not satisfied with customer service provided by your department.
In the light of above, you are requested to kindly take necessary action in the matter at the earliest please. I am awaiting response in the matter please.
