[Resolved]  MTNL — NON REFUND OF SECURITY

Hi,

I (Vijay Gianchandani) Tele. no. 27183397 and cusumer number [protected] have submitted all the instruments and wires along with the complete dues as on 13/01/2009 but till yet not received my refund. Please do the needful in this regard.

INTERNET CONNECTION(ISP PLAN B) WAS CONNECTED TO MY CPU (WITHOUT TEL. INSTRUMENT) DURING FEB.2004. RS 3000/- WAS CHARGED AS SECURITY AMT FROM MY FIRST 3 BILLS.
I SWITCH TO LOW VALUE BASIC PLAN 99 ON[protected] WHEREIN MODEM, CABLE, CD ETC WAS GIVEN.
I APPLIED FOR INTERNET DISCONNECTOIN & REFUND OF SECURITY AMOUNT AFTER DEPOSITING MODEM, ACCESSORIES ETC.& PAYING LAST BILL ON[protected].DAK RECEIVED NO: 14196 DT 01/09/2008. INTERNET DISCONNECTED VIDE ORDER NO:6171 DT 02/9/08 COMPLETE ON 15/09/08.
INSPITE OF REPEATED VISITS TO MR. S.P.SINGH A.O. AT A.G.C.R. ENCLAVE, HE HAS REFUSED FOR SAME REASON BEST KNOWN TO HIM, MORE TEHAN 8 MONTHS HAVE PASSED.
KINDLY ARRANGE TO GET THE SAME.

MTNL — Non Refund of my security

Sir,
I had taken the MTNL Garuda Connection with No-4054289 on 24/11/2001 & their OB No. 5749 and later the No. changed to 20054289 & later changed to 20214289 for which I had deposited Rs.5000/- vide Draft No.372575 dt 17/11/2001 as security vide MTNL Receipt No.128118 dt. 17/11/2001 for which I have the original Receipt also. I through out the period I used this connection paid all the bills for which I have all the record. Now on 27/07/2010 I had surrendered the Garuda Connection, with the assurance my security would be refunded to me in due course, but more than 6 months have passed nothing has been done. It is very difficult to have reply from MTNL management and also very difficult to know how I would get my security back.
I request you to kindly help me in this matter and get my hard earned Rs.5000/- from MTNL.

Sir,
this is very alarming that more 2 months have passed I have not heard anything about my complaint. It seems that complaint through this site is ineffective and I have to lodge my complaint through other sources.
