[Resolved]  MTNL — Broadband & Phone line Dead but rental charge regular

I have been facing the same problem my net nor my internet has been serviced in spite of registering a complain as well as mailer sen d to the help desk...It is uttrer nuisance half of the time the MTNL officers dont pick up the calls nor do they take immediate action..
WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE ...ARE THE MTNL PEOPLE READING THE COMPLAINTS SEND OR THEY HAVE TURNED BLIND ALSO..AS THE COMPLAINS SENT HAVE GONE ON DEAF YEARS I PRESUME
