sir
i anil is user of mtnls broadband service .
the company installed a brodband connection by telling the downloading speed to be 512 Mbps but provides us by only 11 Mbps
when i complained into the mtnl sanchar hut they we know nothing about this it all coming from back.
i am very unsatisfied with there consumer service as i have complaint a number of time at phone every time they just give me a new complain number and they say that my problem will be rectified within 24 hours but till now 2 months had passed no action has been taken on this matter .
i would be thankful to you if you please look into this matter and take some necessary actionn against this company.

My mtnl number is[protected]. I have broadband connection, but speed is too slow. It continue for just 30 to 40 minutes, After that i have to reboot. Due to that i am not able to download the item which take the more than 45 minutes to download. My alternate number is [protected] it is very bad experience with mtnl

I Have Been using MTNL Broadband From June 2009.However, According To My Plan I am Paying 512kbps.999/- Unlimited.I Was Getting The Downloading Speed Not More Than 230kbps But Never Complained.Since the last 3 weeks,The Speed has Come Only to 30kbps.Since In The Same Plan MTNL Has Only Upgraded The Speed Past 1-1/2 Week To 1Mbps.
I have Gone Personally And Given A Complain To The Manager On Which He Sent People Home Who Really didn't Know What To Do.Then,The Manager Contacted And Said He Would Update The Speed From Prabhadevi On Which D Speed Is Still The Same.I Contacted Him After Few Days On Which He Said He Cannot Do Nything As They Are Offering The Speed And I Need To Upgrade My System..As Previous I Was Using A Old 1 N Now I have A New 1,I Dnt Find The Sense In What He Said.
Check In The Matter As Soon As Possible...
