MTNL — broadband $ telephone not working

I am resident of 510/7 ashok mohalla nangloi deli-110041 $ my telephone no. is
25948672 . on this connection i have applied a broad band connection but from starting
internet as well as phone facility we are having is not up to the mark i have complaint
several times to mtnl exchange but no action has taken so far for my needfull. i have
made many complaint my recent complaint no. is 568 $ 41100595 but no action has taken
so far.u can also see various i have done for this phone no $ internet connection.
but from 10 may 09 i am worst effected because phone no. got dead several times $
internet is also not working. i have provided my contact moile no. to contact me but ur
staff always contact after leaving my house in the afternoon and talk to chindren
in my absense on the land line no. to justify the case that the phone is properly
working. so after a long panic i am complaining i am complaining to you so that
i would get better service in future.

i have done this complaint to mtnl but no action has been taken so far, so plz. take
immediate steps so solve my problem.
