Sub : 1) Excess & Incorrect Utilization / Consumption of MB Data Shown in my account 2) Slow speed of Internet
Dear Sir,
I wish to inform you that my account has been showing an excess & incorrect utilization of MB data, resulting an excess billing to my account. For example, for 10/09/09, a utilization of 38.48 MB data is being shown during the time 12:38 p.m. to 12:53 p.m. even my compuetr was not even switched on for Internet for the whole day on 10/09/09. Similarly, on 11/09/09 from 02:57 p.m. to 03:33 p.m. the internet was not used but utilization of 36.39 MB is being shown in my account. Also the the month of Aug. 2009, a total MB of 629.21 is shown in a/c but it is confirmed that not more than 300 MB was utilized during the same period. This is very surprising and unbelievable.
In this connection, I have sent an email to helpdesk.[protected]@bol.net.in on 16/09/09 and also submitted my complaint personally at MTNL, Ganesh Pura office, Tri Nagar, Delhi-35 on 17/09/09, but it is deeply regretted to say that neither any feedback / reply has been received from any office / officail nor the problem is resolved till date. I hereby again request you to please look into the matter on priority and get the issue resolved as soon as possible. Any excess & incorrect billing to my account may kindly be reversed / adjusted accordingly.

MTNL Broadband — incompetent technical staff
We have mtnl broadband since atleast 4-yrs now... whether we use the net or no the bill is Rs.700/- even when our computer was not functional from november to december 2008. basic plan and all rentals calculate to 350 maximum. no respoonse from your office despite of several phone calls. modem has been replaced atleast twice, but the link light fails appear most of the time, and we have to stick labels on the power button to keep it on.but again no technical staff is bothered. Mr. Ram is the head in our division, but he seems to be continuously unavailable and his so called assistants cant take any action. call it your incompetency to provide service or our stupity to continue in a national brand... we are opting for another internet connection from private suppliers if you fail to do anything soon. i have attached a photo which is the continuous error and every time i call and complain there is no answer. half the time net is not working from mtnl. there was a wire break due to some construction work.repairing took 15-days, who pays for not using the service and rentals without the usable dumb box called modem.
